  Hi, I was hoping you could change my Sims game specific identity to CallMeSuperboy, like my new origin ID. Crazypretz was a name I came up when I was 12 (10 years ago), and when I made my account on here my full preferred username (TheyCallMeSuperboy) was too long, but it's the identity I go by everywhere else now.   I've been referred to you via EA (David). I'm currently in such a loss! Our Xbox One is official broken (RIP). I have quite a number of Sims 4 purchases (Expansions, Value paks, etc) and I'm really, really hoping you can help me. The Sims has always been one of my favorite games and outlets! Unfortunately, due to our financial situation, a new Xbox is not happening.... That being said, I'm hoping it's possible to transfer my purchases (I know families, houses cannot be transferred) to a PC platform. Please understand my withdrawals and love for the Sims!!
