I have a question. When I want to do screenshots of each season on a festival lot, do I Ctrl+Shift click the season and wait a day for the change?

I am working on another lot for a festival grounds in AS, The Blue Lagoon.

:oops: I found a mistake on my lot. I'm so sorry. It's a small cosmetic error. Just two tiles that didn't get deleted. So, if you don't want to redownload, please delete the two tiles circled in the pic, below.

Since I had to reupload the corrected lot, I decided to add a bit of landscaping to improve the lot, a little bit. So if you want to redownload, you'll be rewarded with a slightly better lot.

AznSensei: I'll leave the old picture and lot up for a little while, until you get a chance to change them out, so you won't have any broken links.

Doing it that way helps keep "phantom EPs" out of the exchange.

Here is my version of the Competitor's Delight Stadium with a few additions to make it more fun/useful. I changed the lot to "Visitor's Allowed". I added a team bench, two soccer goals, a ticket "sales" booth, a seasonal concession stand (set to change with each season) and a restroom with a shower.

The restroom (with the shower) is on the backside of this building. The entrance to it is inside the fence.

This stadium is a rabbit hole that comes with Aurora Skies. You must own AS for the stadium to show up in your game

I wanted a karaoke bar/live venue that fits into Aurora Skies better than EA's Mick's. It is a simple (and not very large) building placed at 90 Edgewood Ave. I don't know if the spiral staircase or public speakers (I set them to Indie) will need to be reset. I play tested this lot for several sim days. The mixologist and proprietor showed up within a day. I did not encounter any stamping feet/routing issues, but I did not play test it during a Simfest. I'd probably do that, unless you don't mind the grid marks on there, then just go into build/buy mode and shift + click the seasonal lot marker.

Just thought I would let people know I have finished my revamp of the Tiny Prodigies venue, if anyone would like to add it to their world! I am really looking forward to using this venue in my own game, it is going to be great when my current couple have their first baby to get him/her ready for like at university

For some reason the Store items lists the Blackjack Table as being part of the lot however I have not used this item on this lot at all so it is certainly not required! I know a lot of people do not own the Sweet Treat stuff pack, I have used a few items from the pack though it really is only about three or four decorative pieces so it really is no loss to anyone that does not own that particular pack. Other than that my revamp does use quite a lot of content particularly from Generations and several child orientated Store sets!

I present Klokveins Tavern.
Old World on the outside newly renovated on the inside, Come relax at Klokveins Tavern, your local watering hole.

There is a pooltable,fooseball,darts, and a place for aspiring musicians to show the crowd what they got! Restrooms are on the second floor, unfortunately they have not been modernized quite yet.

In the back are a couple spots to play a game of horseshoes!

This is a 20x30 lot that because of the way it's landscaped, looks best when placed on the empty lot at 42 Lupine Lane behind the Day Household. It will of course fit on any 20x30 lot as well.

There is no 3rd party CC used, but there is alot of items from Late Night. The pool table is from Showtime, and so is some of the decor. I do have all Ep's and Sp's (cept the KP SP.) But I did try to stick to mostly base game,Late night and some showtime stuff.

NOTE- this lot has been play tested by me several times to make sure there was no routing issues with sims getting to the different items. There are two cars in parking spaces on the lot. You can just go into buy/build and delete them once the lot is placed. Sorry about that. There is only a piano,drums and guitar on the stage (I removed the base after the pic was taken) because for whatever reason I just could not get a sim to play the base instrunment no matter where I put it. Again I'm sorry

. You could also easily replace the instrunments entirely with the kareoke machine if you have that.
Also for some reason, the ghost couple seems to love this lot. Every time I had a sim visit, one or both would show up!

I also have Home Sweet Holm Consignments.
When the new owners opened a consignment shop in the old home they purchased, most townsfolk think they are just selling the old junk the former owners left behind!

This is a redo of the Residental House at 86 Edgewood ave next to the gym by the school. I thought it was too small for a house but perfect for a consignment store.

Note- if you want a consignment store that has things to do for your sims, this lot isn't for you. Basicaly the whole place is just full of random deco items. The only thing to do on this lot is buy/consign items and pee.

I like my consignment stores simple, as I generally just want to get in, consign my stuff and get out.

If you do like the lot, just bulldoze the current home sweet holms lot, change it to a commercial lot and place this one down.
No 3rd party CC used. I do have all EP's and SP's except the KP one, and have a ton of store content. I was not picky when choosing items for this lot as it's pretty much all deco items. So if you are missing EP's or SP's or don't shop the store, it's likely items will be missing if you download this lot.

Just gotta say, I'm really impressed with all the creations everyone has submitted. This is the first world I've really gotten into building with. In the past, I've just been a thread lurker downloading all the cool stuff!

GreenCats do your sims have any 3rd party CC or use slider mods? I've never downloaded sims before because I'm scared to get 3rd party cc attached to them. But I REALLY like your sims!!

pandora4co, I clicked on the link to Download these Sims by GreenCats and it saids on the Download page No CC, so it should be fine.
