Theme: Madrid revisited. This city is wholly built, all the residential lots as well as the community ones, but there is plenty of room in the empty buildings and in the fields all around the city, to place the venues from all EPs, even a nice river and a gorgeous lake to place a diving lot or a houseboat from IP, though this is a basegame compatible world.
I can play at last TS2 TS3 and TS4 So great that toddlers are here!!!

You might like to know, however, that many simmers don't play with CC and would like to know if a world has it without having to click on the details link to see the world thread. Don't most still report it on the form? Also the size of the world would be good to know since many simmers don't have powerful computers and have to run small or medium sized worlds.

My latest world, Spring Valley has just entered the public beta testing phase, and I will need volunteers to play test the map.
Spring Valley uses content from every expansion pack, up to and including University. No stuff pack or Premium content was used, but it does require some free store objects and the limited editions of both Pets and Supernatural. No third party Custom Content or mods were used. I've encounter some problems which I need help solving. But what are play testers for?
Spring Valley is a small landlocked city by a Lake. It has a Spring time theme, but its an excellent world for all Seasons, including winter. Its a nice place for Romance or raising a family.
It has approximately 160 to 170 seventy lots. There is also a saved game file that includes the sims I created for the world. The current saved game file only has 14 households, but the final version will have 47 households ( Change it to 48, I decided to add one more ) and around 140 sims, ( closer to 150 now ) including pets, not counting the NPCs or graveyard ghosts. The saved game file for the final version will have plenty of families, children and teens, as well as lots of single sims, many of which will be self employed.

You can download the early beta version of the map there, along with the saved game file with the first 14 of my households. Story,
Until recently Spring Valley was a small farming community, but the population slowly grow, until it become a small city. The population is still growing, While some welcome the development, not all the locals are happy about that. Many fear an increase in crime and the suburbs being replaced by apartments, and farmers fear their farm being replaced by suburbs. Small store owners fear their shops going out of business as they're replaced by giant chain stores. On the other hand many people welcome the development, hoping for in an increase in revenue as more people more to the town.

Spring Valley
Story,
Until recently Spring Valley was a small farming community, but the population slowly grow, until it become a small city. The population is still growing, While some welcome the development, not all the locals are happy about that. Many fear an increase in crime and the suburbs being replaced by apartments, and farmers fear their farm being replaced by suburbs. Small store owners fear their shops going out of business as they're replaced by giant chain stores. On the other hand many people welcome the development, hoping for in an increase in revenue as more people more to the town.
