The only time I can see the person I blocked so far is if someone quotes them or does the @ sign to call them out - but I cannot see their direct posting which is a relief as it was stressing me out to see them posting to every single person who makes a comment on this site.

I think its worth it. The cityscape in the background is very enjoyable for this townie. The game is playable it just has a few broken features that need to be repaired and I'm faithful EA / Maxis will get that done asap

No it isn't a technical issue this is a game bug. It does it on all lots, all families in multiple save games. I have no CC and own all eps/stuffs. It only began with the installation of City Living. It is consistent and not sporadic. This isn't something I can troubleshoot as it is a game bug.

I wish you were more detailed. I have no idea what the "time bug" is. I do however have an issue with the clock not working correctly when on high speed. Wondering if that is what you are referencing and whether or not this is known issue.
