@aktex I love the details like the fish coming out of the wall, I must start trying out those wall and floor murals. @solvorsh Love it, that's my type of flat.
@AndreaTheHero Thank you very much. It was fun creating the apartment. @Tazzianna Thank you. You can find it with my ID goddess83. It is devided in two rooms called VIII Landgraab 1st floor and VIII Landgraab 2nd floor. You will have to add stairs yourself as they don't stick to the room. @feetinstockings Thank you. I love the optical illusion murales.
The Courtlands moved in to one of the Alto apartments. I've only done some minor renos on it though by removing half the bedrooms at one end and giving them an indoor pool and workout area
And Frank moved in to 701 Zenview. I made some changes there and he brought his own furnishings from his house. I decided to put the bedroom/bath on the entry level instead of the livingroom/kitchen
I wanted the balcony to be off the kitchen
And Frank checks out the view on his first morning in his new apartment.
@DeKay the way you did your kitchen cupboards is really nice! I'm going to try that - it makes a big difference with the alternating colors like that. Nice job!

Thank you. Sometimes I also like to alternate the wallpaper of the kitchen. For example, a black cabinet is over a brown wallpaper and a brown cabinet is over a black wallpaper. That's what I did for their previous house but not for this one cuz there's windows at the back.

@aktex Did you try to place your lot with the wall mural back into the apartment? I had one placed on my 19 culpepper apartment lot but the mural wasn't painted. When I tried to place the lot in the apartment, the game wouldn't let me. I'm wondering if the wall mural is painted, if then the game will let you place the lot back into the apartment.
That is one beautiful apartment, @aktex! I love your sense of space.
Hey, one question-where did you get that artist stand next to the easel? My Sim is a painter, and I'd love to have one of those.
@DragonAge_300905 The mural was still there when I replaced the bulldozed apartment with my built. I used an unowned apartment, I don't know if that might make a difference.
@TheLibrarySim Thank you very much. The artist stand is from basegame. You can find it under decorations and then sculptures if you use the sort by function. The name is Artiste Supply Taboret. It is locked and gets unlocked at level 7 of the painter career. I used the bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat to get it.
This apartment is the same footprint as 19 Culpepper House in the Spice Market district of San Myshuno. Here industrial meets boho chic with it's brick walls brought to life with vibrant colours and hippy designs. Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/diner and living area plus outdoor balcony
@lisi_ja your apartment is great, I like the kitchen dining living room area. do you find she prefers to sit on the sofa?? Your flat reminds me of my uncles one, he lives in London.
@solvorsh Wow, I love your remodel of 910 Medina! @DeKay Your Penthouse is so lovely it almost tempts me to move out of my rat infested bacterial cesspool of an apartment... almost. lol Seriously, though, beautifully done!

And what's an inner city balcony without a clothesline?

I believe the stand is one of the reward objects in the painter career.
