I play rotationally. Every time I load a new household they stand on the sidewalk complaining in chorus about their full bladders. It's annoying - especially when the house doesn't have enough bathrooms. Embarrassed moods ensue.
I played with my niece. She is five years old. Three minutes in - and she asks: "Why do babies become children?" ...from the mouths of babes... Sign me up.
I initially thought it could be a part of the Generations EP. But on second thought, if the cemeteries came with some sort of Supernatural pack I wouldn't mind either. The thing is though that the cemeteries themselves might differ a bit? No? My main concern is that we can't manage the dead and that some sims just…
I appreciate the empathy @NZsimm3r. And yes, I'm all too familiar with the term "culling". It just really doesn't seem right that I have to use a mod NOT to lose people from the freakin family tree. I want to build a world where there are families with long histories and sort of roots. I want to blend different genes and…
Okay. Now I'm very bummed, angry even. I never bought any stuff packs until the Romantic Stuff (I have bought the game packs and expansion packs though). After seeing it was quite nice I decided that maybe I've been too harsh on the stuff packs and decided to get the Movie Hangout as well as the Perfect Patio stuff pack as…
@Leo_Gruen but when you do use the museums you still don't get to place the urns/tombstones of everyone, right? Only the ones who died while you were there, right?
I have to agree with some of the previous posters who said the game isn't as exciting as it used to be. Sure, there are moments. But when I played TS3 I lost hours and didn't even notice. With TS4 I open the game, play for a bit and when a loading screen comes I just go surfing on the internet, sometimes forgetting that I…
I wish we could also have a switch that would show all the people as children and as teens (and as toddlers...). This way I could compare how the genetics is being passed on. The portrait of the selected sim should be way bigger as well. And yes, the ability to see them as non-ghosts would be much appreciated.
The fact that this topic creates so much negativity among the community is also another very good reason to finally add the toddlers. Because the Sims game is also about the community. The CEOs and other suits should recognize that.
Same problem here. I'm a rotational player. The game culled some of my sims a while ago I think. Now, when I went to their household I decided to fix the broken family tree by placing the culled deceased people again into this family and repair the relationships using cas.fulleditmode. I HATE that the game culled my…
This happened to me too. While the baby was in the bassinet it had yellow clothes. When it was picked up it had blue clothes. And in the bassinet again: yellow. My five year old niece noticed that while we were playing together.
Thank you for your reply, @luthienrising . As far as I understand the mod also needs to be updated every time the game is updated. So, I need to be monitoring both the game updates and the mod updates and replacing the files, checking them etc constantly? I usually open my Sims 4 game for relaxation. Tracking down mods and…
So, I stopped playing for a while after Sofia's memory loss. Went back today. Discovered that one of my households (not Sofia's) didn't remember anything about their deceased father. Fortunately I had uploaded him on the gallery but also his sister and mother. The sister is still alive and kicking but the mother…
> @HappySimmer3 said: > See, this is what I don't get, @HalloMolli. It's ALL opinion. But every time someone says something negative about the game, you run in and bash your fellow simmers. I guess you think that is justified because they don't share your opinion. Then on top of that, many times I've seen you try to argue…
I immediately want TWO: 1) Generations/Family: Toddlers, pre-teens AND pre-elders if possible. A larger, expanded family tree, strollers, sleepovers, rebellious teen parties, seesaws, teaching your toddler to walk and talk etc etc. 2) Seasons/Weather: Skiing, ice-skating, swimming in an actual lake or in the ocean, storms,…
