The Build Kit shows cacti, so maybe something Southwest-inspired. Edit P.S.: Although, thinking about it, SW style would have overlap with the Mission stuff we already have, I would think. Maybe a more specific desert locale with its own specific style, for that I'd think Vegas - but that would be better saved for a…
Well, I think they missed that time frame, since many people thought it would definitely be part of a werewolf pack itself or the patch prior. Heh. I'm not sure about the high school rumor - I'm about 50/50 on that. But, if it happens, it makes much more sense to be a September thing, thematically, for the start of school.…
As if a single thread could contain my hype! Werewolves Positivity is a lifestyle! Heh. Ever since Sims 4 launched, I've had a go-to Sims news site. I'd check it several times a week, sometimes daily. I enjoyed seeing what new packs got teased then released and enjoyed playing them on and off, but the one thing I was…
Technical difficulties aside, I just thought the stream was a big success. My expectations and hype were already high and yet they showed all this depth in places I did not expect. The temperaments and all the stuff for the packs and the fury system - these were all mentioned briefly before, but they are much more than I…
What I should answer - A well considered and properly executed concept that stands out as something fresh and interesting but also coherently adds to the existing Sims 4 experience in a meaningful way for the long term. What I'll actually answer - Werewolves!
I'd been thinking rockstar werewolf would be cool, even if that wolf in the trailer ended up beating me to it. Heh. Detective might be interesting, too.
I already preordered, so can't enter properly. But this is a cool contest. I didn't take the quiz, but I don't really have to... absolutely Lone Wolf. I am total introvert IRL (I might have a different answer if I based it solely on how I socialize online, though)
I may have a werewolf-themed playlist on Spotify (one of my characters on WoW is a Worgen, it fits. Heh). I do have Bad Moon Rising and Li'l Red Riding Hood on the list (although I went with the Bowling For Soup cover for the latter, just to mix things up). Bark at the Moon someone mentioned, that's an obvious one.…
I'm not someone who tends to have lots of extra money to spend on entertainment stuff, so I often get pre-emptive buyer's remorse when I think about buying a new game or something. Heh. Not with this. One of the easiest decisions I've made, already preordered! It's just about a perfect gamepack for me. The werewolves look…
Even though I am new to posting on these forums, I have been playing The Sims since the very first game. And I think, without hyperbole, this is the most hyped I've ever been for a pack. It's everything I could have hoped for from a Werewolves pack and so much more. The werewolves themselves are the star and so amazing but…
Yeah! I legitimately like the way this werewolf looks. If they add to them, I do hope it is in the form of more options - rather than completely changing what we see in the art. More options is always good.
I'm not going to presume the reasons for their creative decisions. I am just putting together all the information we have and seeing what seems most likely based on that. The main reason I am leaning towards Minnesota over Norway is the name Moonwood Mill. When they wanted a South Pacific island world, we didn't get Coral…
Well... I certainly picked a bad night to go to bed early. Heh. So, we got our full alphabet (and, yes, I solved that clue myself without looking at the solution first. Sorry I missed it being dropped)
I don't think it was a joke. There are a lot of people of Scandinavian descent in Minnesota, more than anywhere outside of Scandinavia itself. A lake with a Norse name is something you might find there (they do have over 10k lakes, after all... and lots of forest... and a basketball team named Timberwolves)
It being called Moonwood Mill is why I think it is based on an English-speaking location. Having a lake with a Norse name rules out UK as probable. US is just a likely place to encounter place names from different parts of the world side by side like that.
I was thinking about it. What if the Beware of Greg line is another joke like Howl You Doing. A play on Beware of Dog - but instead of "dog" it is "Greg" (because he's a werewolf)
Yeah. I was thinking something like that. When we saw the first message asking her to forgive him, I thought maybe he was leaving her behind. But then he says he cannot do this without her... that does sound to me like he forced her to join him - and I'm thinking that feels like he was a werewolf and bit her so he wouldn't…
