@SPARKY1922 No problem. :) Yeah, I think that's what's happening. I just checked and can see the "Purchase as a gift" option on the packs I don't have, but on the ones I do have, all that's there is the "View in Library" button.
@SPARKY1922 Sure, just tried it. I see the Buy Now button on each product and can reach the payment info screen when I click it: (I did notice that the Katy Perry stuff pack is missing, but that is probably to all our benefit)
"It is you, isn't it? The one fate sent to tame me." Pip's mind raced almost as quick as his heart, his eyes fixed on Nikole's from across the foyer. "Goodness, she is like no other woman I have ever seen." She was, in fact, a giant frog with boobs.
Welcome back, @ShooterII! Hope the game eases your mind and brings you some joy. :) It's definitely been my go-to game for anxiety relief this past year.
The grandkids of the first Sims I played were all born a little over 11 years ago in October 2009. They've been stuck as teens in my game since 2011 because I enjoy their teen drama too much to let them grow up. From top to bottom: Cassie, Cathy, and Gwydion (2009 vs. 2019/2020) I also used to post silly comics about them…
It was quite alarming to see this notification during Thomas's first date at University. I later learned that a doll with this name had spawned in his inventory.
Awesome shot, Emily! I definitely get what you mean about photo mode. I'm a few hours into the story, but I think I've spent significantly more hours just taking pictures and staring at the graphics. Even with my non-ultra settings, the game looks great. (my V showing off by some graffiti I saw and identified with)
Like others mentioned, NRaas Relativity is great if you're finding yourself with not enough time/energy to enjoy your Sims' off hours. I set mine up to slow down the clock by about 50% whenever my Sim isn't working or sleeping, so they essentially have twice as much free time to meet people and enjoy themselves.
Take a break, miss it for a while, and come back when you feel inspired. It's like any other creative hobby. Sometimes you're in the zone, and other times you have to step away to find inspiration in something else, like a book or a show or a cool house you saw or a stranger whose face made you think "if I could rotate the…
I would like it, but I would probably test it on a computer I don't already play on just to be safe. Reading the macOS threads is giving me flashbacks to every time EA broke something in the past.
Hmmm, no, you shouldn't have to type in the game name manually on that screen. If you click "Add window" in WBG and then press F3 in the TS3 window, WBG should automatically create a selection in Game Settings with the correct game name and other info (process/style/identifier). I noticed the "Add window" feature of WBG is…
@Jeansoo Hmmm, you may have to delete that settings profile and start a new one. Try these steps: 1) Make sure The Sims 3 is closed 2) In WBG's Game Settings, select The Sims 3 from the menu, click Delete at the bottom, then close the window by pressing Ok 3) Boot up The Sims 3 in windowed mode and let it load to the main…
I just downloaded Windowed Borderless Gaming and am playing around with it right now. Very cool! I also see the issue with the choppy fonts. This is happening because the software is only filling the desktop space above your Windows taskbar. Since the taskbar is about 60-80 pixels tall, the game is only displaying at about…
