I've been having trouble with my game since I downloaded MC Command Center. I downloaded it from CurseForge and used it for a bit. When I tried to uninstall it from my game it made all of my sims disappear. I would open the game and the world would be completely empty. I put MC back into my game and everything returned to normal. I have tried over and over to try and figure this out, but the world just ends up empty again when I open my game without MC. I took out my mod folder completely (MC Command was no longer in the folder) and the game seemed normal again, but I want to be able to play with my CC. I tried to repair the game via Orgin and even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I know I could just put it back in my game and everything would go back to normal, but I don't like some of the changes it makes to my game. I really need some help. At worst maybe a way to make my game blank slate and I can try and recover my saves.
If I "Flag Freeze University", are the Sims won't ever be on Probation? They will stay with their degree whenever I "Ask about Degree"?
I don't know if I understood your question. I try to explain what happens if you flag a sim with the "Freeze University" flag. Hope that helps.
A Sim flagged for Freeze University will never complete their current university term. At the end of the term, it will always restart again.
This flag will make the University term restart when it finishes. Grades won't change or anything like that, the course just continues to restart every time it finishes. This will let a Sim stay enrolled in the same classes and stay at a dorm indefinitely. The flag does not freeze grade progress. That's controlled by the Freeze Career flag as university grade progress (and all school grade progress) is controlled by the same career code so the freeze career flag works on all of them.

Serious Warning because of the Infant Base Game update scheduled for 2023/03/14
The modding community is expecting major damage to all kinds of external game add-ons no matter whether script or tuning mods or custom content for CAS or Build/Buy. Due to the huge changes regarding the new life stage it looks like everything in the game might be affected. So please don't be surprised if your game shows strange behavior after the patch dropped and you're not able to enter lots our your game won't start at all.
EVERYTHING CAN BREAK!
If you're an experienced player, you certainly have seen similar situations in the past, for example the aftermaths of Island Living in 2019 or High School Years last year. If you want to playtest everything at once, make at least a backup of your game data. Sometimes months or years of development may be vanish in an instant. And we don't know anything about the technical impacts so far.
If you're more cautious and you love your sim world you should of course also make a backup of your game folder in a safe place like an USB stick or another external drive.
Consider moving at least your mods folder or even your game folder at all from your documents directory. You might create a whole new game folder afterwards. Move back your game data once you're sure your favorite mods and contents are updated and nothing will break your game anymore.
You might disable automatic game updates in the EA app so you won't be surprised unprepared when the patch drops. With automatic game updates disabled you can decide on your own when you want to start the game update. If you set the EA app into off line mode you can play despite the new patch being detected but not installed.

Well, now I'm troubled. I've spent the last six weeks getting a particular couple 'ready' to be my first parents of an Infant. Now, it seems as if I'll have to pretend he's still a Global Superstar Rock Star, or start his origins again. Which might be a better way to go if I want to select the Family Dynamics in CAS. Sheesh. While I'm very excited about these changes, I do wish EA would stop derailing my storylines. I've been battling the damage wrought since March of 2020! Don't know if this helps at all, but if you're having this kind of trouble, I would place them into the same household and go for it.
Oh, the other thing you can do, if they're already engaged is select elope right now. Once engaged a couple will have various marriage options. Plan Wedding, Elope, etc.

Unfortunately there is no option like a marriage-queue in MCCCC, where you can pre-plan a later wedding between two particular sims.
You might use the following command from a Sim's MCCC menu: Sim:MCCC > Relationships > Add Relationship
After clicking on a Sim and choosing to Add Relationship in the Relationship menu, a Sim-picker dialog will be displayed allowing the player to choose a Sim to add a relationship with the currently selected Sim. This also includes "Wife/Husband". In the end it's the CAS option you already mentioned without entering CAS.
Because you mentioned premade sims who are often played in your first post, you might activate this setting from a in game computer: MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Marriage Sim Selection > Bypass Played Households
Bypasses any household flagged as a 'Played Household' in the Manage Households screen so it will not be used for marriages. This will at least prevent your played households to be in scope for random marriage.

And also, what will happen if I have this and also homeless marriage enabled? Is it compatible? Does it mean homeless sims will marry homeless sims or they won't marry at all since they are not in a particular neighbourhood?

Hello! I have a pretty major issue with the custom age spans now that infants are out. For reference I have downloaded the newest version. It appears there's no infant stage programmed into the mod, because by default infants are going by my young adult age span (35 days). This would be workable if it was just my sim family, but this affects the whole world, so infants won't age up for 35 days unless I age up each one manually, which is more work than I want to do.

This 2. hofix fixes the following issues:
Infants use adult custom age spans (Note that if a player has a custom adult age span that is greater than an infant’s current age, when they deploy this hotfix, the infant will immediately age-up).
Setting a pet age or aging a Sim down from MCCC would cause an LE and not work.
Teleporting to a Gnome would cause an LE and not work.
If MC Woohoo was deployed, "Have a Science Baby" would not generate a baby even though the cost would be paid.
With the last hotfix, 2023.1.1 there was something in MCCC preventing Dream Home Decorator gigs to complete. With MCCC removed the gigs completed as normal. I mentioned this on Discord. I will see if 2023.1.2 works later on.
