    The problem I have with kits is there is no gameplay.

    With the laundry lists Maxis probably try to improve the game before adding new gameplay.

    While I do think we need refreshes for the older packs (including EPs, would love a mermaid trait tree like other occult), I still would like new game packs. They are often more niche and focused than EPs, and honestly I've enjoyed all of them where as a few EPs have been lackluster in some areas. Just my two cents!

    That would be awful seeing as we're missing SO MANY OCCULTS.

    The Simsguru said they need to spend more time & effort on next occults, I hope they're not telling lies.
    If no more GP, then they may add those occults in the GP refresh?

    Werewolves==>Vampires
    Fairies==>RoM
    Zombies==>Strangeville
    Imagine Friends==>Parenting

    Sorry, can’t see them losing that money that comes with a new occult pack. That’s like giving us pets in a base game.

    I’d really like to see them update ‘Get to Work’ with a few things, mostly a change to the retail system where you don’t have to own a retail business to set it up and sell things ( kind of like dine out ).

    I’d like to see magnolia promenade be given more lots

    I’d like to see sixam get a lot or two and be livable.

    I’d like to see a clothing challenge ( have to pay for clothing like the simple living challenge ).

    I’m not sure if they have changed it or not but I’d like to be able to have sims be able to keep using lab equipment and making potions if they quit their job as a scientist. Mad scientists often work from home

    How about being able to send sims to the hospital when they are sick to get treated.

    Detectives should be able to bust sims that steal, and put them in jail.

    Also, could we be able to please have a job as a fireman with a dedicated fire station to work in?

    I think that we should be able to alter the work lots, without using cheats, as ong as we keep certain items on the lot,

    Why can’t our sims enter work buildings when a household we are playing is not working there?

    If EA are struggling with the effects of Covid and their staff working from home, how will this new strain affect the release of new packs.
    Well the new strain ( Omicron ) does not seem to be as deadly as the delta was (at least for those vaccinated ). There are very few hospitalizations snd death for those that are vaccinated, however, they might still have developers work at home. But, with mask mandates in effect in California….. and having boosters protect fairly well, it seems like developers might be able to collaborate more.

    If they're making updates to packs that have already been released, I'd like for there to be an update to Island Living that turns lifeguards into a playable career, and while they're at it, allow NPC lifeguards to save Sims who are drowning.

    I very much doubt it. Pretty much all of the most requested packs at the moment are game packs so I don't see them ditching them. (hotels, bands, fairies, werewolves are all most likely game packs, generations is the only highly requested pack which is without question a full EP)

    And recently they've also started to shrink packs to kits and stuff packs so they can get requested themes out without making it a full pack (Moroccan furniture kit rather than a full Moroccan world adventures type pack, Paranormal stuff rather than a full supernatural pack, Indian fashion kit rather than an Indian themed pack, etc etc) so I don't see them getting rid of the "middle" pack type at all.

    Cars/transportation are pretty highly requested too.

    And, I’ve seen a lot of people wanting Amusement parks, Waterparks, Zoo’s, Malls, or combination lots, and Medieval packs too.

    I still want to see things like a sewing machines with patterns ( maybe a color wheel…. I’d love that ), diving boards, water slides, pool tables, volleyball, real babies, hotels, casino’s, bikes/trikes for children/toddlers, things like skateboarding and children being able to play together without toys. Couples dancing and romantic bear rug, spooning in bed. There is a lot missing..

    Some of them could be combined for an EP. I still think Monaco could be an idea for this : balls, castle, crown, casinos, even wine, hotels in the french riviera
