I won't spend a dime on Journey to Batuu and I don't have the Throwback clothing kit. I may or may not buy it, just to have it because I have to have everything (except Batuu, don't want to see anything from that in my game). I just know I won't use that kit, but for $5 I don't care one way or the other.
I don't have Get Famous or Eco Living. I don't have Journey to Batuu, although I will probably eventually get that one. I don't have the Home Decorator one either. The only kit I have is the CAS one. I think I have all the stuff packs.
I don't have any of the kits, but may wait to see what they offer, and have my eye on a couple if they ever go on sale.

Once the game is officially finished I could see myself buying everything, at a discounted price of course. I mean I have all mainline content (EP/SP) for TS1-3, so even if I would only play 4 every now and then, why not have all the content available for it. Might have to pass on the kits though, there way to sparse in content for me, I'd rather just find some CC or a mod that serves the same purpose as the kits do for free.
It actually depends on the installation. My original one doesn't go past University and has some gaps before that, including Seasons. I have another on a newer & beefier machine that has a few more. It's my experimental/vanilla/in the mood for self-inflicted misery set up. Confess to liking CoL, though. Current pet peeve is that restaurant chefs can take 5-10 real life minutes before they get their wretched fantails into the kitchen. Good thing I like to read. Second place peeve is that sims in general just stand around like statues for a long time, ignoring commands and urgent needs.
I don’t have Journey to Buy All The Actual Star Wars Games They Still Own, any of the kits, or Cottage Living (I’m waiting to see if the endless Crumplebottom spawning glitch has been fixed.)
I'm proud to say I only have the base game. I paid 5 bucks a few weeks ago cause I was bored. I definitely do NOT intend to buy anything else, Sims 4 is just too bad to invest any more money or time. Going back to Sims 3 for sure.
I like that you put "missing" in quotation marks, as the term could easily imply the same thing as "lacking" or "inferior" as in having an "inferior collection." For people who do want to own all the packs no matter what, that may be the case, but the packs I don't have are always either by choice or because I haven't yet decided, or in some cases because I'm waiting for a sale to make a purchase worthwhile for me.

I dropped a bracket. Was 7-9, now 4-6. I never noticed all the good stuff that came with the Dream Home Decorator pack. While I was there I picked up the Loft Kit. Have they fixed the problems with the dust bunnies? That kit would be right up my alley but when I heard about all the bugs I decided to pass.
