I finally came up with an inkling of an idea but won't be able to meet the deadline so I'll make it on my own time and admire what y'all have done this month.
@ciane
Simly Simish is fun to say and more fun to look at!
Plenty of room for a small family and the nice color palette makes this a calm place for Sims to live.
@oliv3
Nantucket is aptly named and your lot placement is perfect for it!
Easy to see a large family or multiple generations living here. Without having floor overviews I'm unable to visualize room placement but it looks like you fully utilized every nook and cranny. The split floor is a pleasant surprise and shows your skill in building. Great color palette, too.
I don't own lucky palms your build is looking good so far and I did know what you mean but ea really should have called it Eco living because we're all going to call it Eco living anyways right
What a lovely start @Pinkusfamily and so very different from mine. I love that all turn out so different, even when starting with the same shell. I'm using the cowplant. I've finished mine except for CASting and play testing.
I'm excited to see it @ciane especially since you chose the cow plant I didn't know if anyone would choose the cow plant sense it's probably the hardest to use out of all the items
So sorry about your crashing problem @Pinkusfamily. I use the windows button to pop out of my game and check the compositor package files. When I reach 100k on the first one or approach 500k on the second one, I'll save my game and then quit. I delete those files along with the sim log one as they are usually the only ones that increase in size. For me, anything larger in size on those compositor files might cause my game to lock up, not save, or crash to desktop. And that 500k is generous. Anything over 350k and I will be very careful, saving much more frequently and looking for a good stopping point!
I delete my older saves then too, keeping just the latest two - one for backup in case something goes wrong with the latest one. I check for any .tmp files in the dcCache folder to delete as well. And, if I've been taking pics, I might rename the screenshots folder to screens or shots, which keeps the pics in your sims 3 folder, but not in the launcher. You might delete any files in downloads that you've already installed too, or at least move them out of the sims 3 folder to a safe location for installing again at a later time to another sims 3 folder.
I am impressed with how quickly your build is going! I've just started on the CASting and I'm incredibly slow at that and take lots of breaks!
@ciane , Very Lovely !The colors you used Very Pretty.. Thank you for the advice. Its been good since that night No more crashing..I do see the cow plant in the top views !
On a 40 x 40 lot At 98 Sonora Street Lucky Palms . 1 bed room 2 bath. Office & gym. Plenty of skill building objects here. ( Used all 3 objects Through out ). Link to Album
So glad you haven't had the crashing now that you are watching those two compositor files. I swear by them! And your home turned out really awesome too @Pinkusfamily!

Having issues tonight crashed 2 x's.. Don't know what that is about. Maybe I have been going nuts recoloring so much..
I used the bar, But also found places for the other pieces too...
I am almost done, just 2 more rooms, then to test play and take pictures..
you actually incorporated the cow plant a lot of people's game's crash when they try to recolor objects so I hope that's the only problem pinkusfamily

The overview of the layout reminded me of a cowplant shape:
I put the cowplant on the bar on the deck:
