Woodwinds is a modern eco-friendly family home built in Evergreen Harbor using seven 12x4 square containers. There are four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, gym and garden room. The basement includes crafting and generator rooms, office and a games room. There are front and rear porches, two roof terraces and a rear garden with a veggie plot and swimming pool. All toddler and pets friendly
Let's talk about the starter home, The Shipping Views. TBH, I found it really weird that there's a house in the middle of a shipping yard in Port Promise. It even says so in the description! But you know what's not weird anywhere? A Starbucks café! So I made The Sipping Views (sorry, I'm not that creative with names)! I just love the concept of these popup shops and stores converted from shipping containers! This café's exterior is based on an irl cafe in WA (I'm not creative with shells either...) but I did try to switch up the floor plan!
The one in WA is just a drive through with some seats plopped outside, but I made some indoor seating for this one. Here's the ground floor:
And here's the second floor. I made a reading nook at the end.
I mainly play for realism so I made it fit in with the rest of the world. In that aspect, I feel like I've done quite well.
But of course, if your Sims want to soak in the pollution (lol) you can opt to sit in the umbrella tables.
I made it so that it seamlessly joins with both the modernized and traditional layers of Port Promise by just changing the floor tiles. This picture as Modern Developments implemented; the Gallery version is in the old polluted one.
It's really s i m p l e compared to the other ones on here—you guys are just so talented!—but I hope you'll like it anyway as my sims do! (Just look at that queue!)
Note: This build has a strong Industrial footprint just like my last build . If you want to pollute your neighborhood (as I do), this is perfect.
Just finished a modern styled build, "4 in 1 Community Space" that can function as : a community space, marketplace, community garden OR a maker space. I also wanted to incorporate fitness & creative stuff in case those were the NAP's that got voted in AND stuff for kids so there are no parks or pools for them in Evergreen harbor. So there is also a pool, kid's playground, child & toddler playroom, gym, game room and music room. The build uses the following packs: Eco Lifestyle, City Living, Discover University, Spa Day, Get Together and the Holiday Celebration pack.

Here is a clean green Waterfront! It's basically meant to be a functioning shell for any type of community lot - garden, maker space, or market. Has amenities (bathroom and kitchenette), food stalls, and a seating/barbeque area, two rooms, undercover spaces, the board, and an all-important dumpster!
Idea behind it is that you can plonk it down as-is in all four lot types, then modify as needed for the three main types. So you have this consistent visual narrative going on for all the spaces, and it looks like one space that's being reused instead of an entire demo and reno every time.

Thank you @ryttu3k I really love doing Industrial as you can see Lol I could have done it bigger if there were more than 4 levels available and on a bigger Lot!
@ryttu3k that looks fab! Is the cupboard in the child's room cc?
As for the thumbnails, I think they are set to only show screenshots from a certain angle. There are certainly some lots that do not show the best side at all, I always upload to my library first and if the thumbnail is rubbish I put the build onto a different lot and try again.
@elanorbreton nope, it's the closet that you can make with the fabricator! (Since Tina is the Master Maker, I wanted to use a ton of fabricated stuff.) You can get it in debug. And yeah, I've done that before. Bit trickier in this case, unfortunately, since it was a renovation of an original Maxis build.

I do love it! It has the feeling of the bars and restaurants here, in my town, in the Port.

There is a Yoga Mat behind the Sofa for a sim to have in their Personal inventory. Btw I chose that flooring for the kitchen as its fire resistant.

Notes: I have reuploaded as the Art was black and I left out some of the Hashtags.
Megaton is a Fallout 3 Fortified Settlement, this inspired me as it has shops, bar etc and homes but a lot more metal and messy. I have done some Fallout 4 builds in the past and will do more now we have more suitable objects.
