I just finished a tier 2 (63 tile) tiny eco home @simlicious2015. It has 1 bedroom (no murphy bed) 1 bathroom, dew catchers, wind turbines, solar panels, home recycler, fabricator, fizzing machine, insect farms, garden & pool. Used non-industrial wall & floor coverings. It's called Tier 2 Tiny Eco Home. I playtested it in Port Promise and within a day Port Promise went from Industrial to Neutral.

@simlicious2015, sorry but I forgot to check that the original lot I uploaded was designated a tiny home instead of just residential. If you downloaded the original lot, all you have to do is go to the lot information screen and change the lot designation to a tiny home. It will be a Tier 2 tiny home. Otherwise you can download the new link which does have the build correctly designated as a tiny home. Sorry!!
Finally got done with my witches house. It doesn't look too witchy as she does try to fit in.. despite being green with a huge nose but anyway..
The house is off the grid but providing more than enough water and power to run a small computer and tv. I FINALLY got done doing all the appliance upgrades. I just need to get my designer over to start her meat wall and I'm done.
@orenjiAi I LOVE your style. Would you mind decorating my home too please? Like my real one? Lol. It's superb! You should definitely upload more to the gallery
Thank you. This could actually make for an interesting build challenge. lol
I'm loving this thread! Your builds are all awesome! So many cool ideas!
This is my first Eco Lifestyle build. It is a tier 2 tiny house and has off the grid possibilities, but right now it is not off the grid. It isn't completely 'eco', but I have managed to get the eco/industrial bar almost completely filled up on the eco side, so I think it's balancing out quite well.
This is a WIP,since i'm playing a rags to riches. I started with only one container but with time i managed to add two more. The inside is pretty unexciting,bc i spent most of the money i made on gameplay objects.I'm not a great builder at all but i don't think this is too bad so far

(i forgot to move the mail box)
Looks cool!! I'm also working on my first container home, also still WIP. But it's actually hard for me to build while trying to maintain "standard" container width of 3 full squares - so when I want more space, I put 2 "containers" next to each other, at maximum 6 width and so on lol. It's kind of fun thinking about building a dfrt way.
This is where I'm at - though it's not exactly at starter prices anymore
Eco-Friendly A-Frame is my first dabble in A-frames and I like how it turned out. Everything was playtested and should work as intended. Sometimes sims will stand when watching the TV but if you tell them to sit they can, as you can see in pictures.

Haha i feel you,it's not easy making floorplans and furnishing with that shape. I for one built a little extension that connects the bottom cotainers where i put the front door, which is kind of realistic. That allowed me to make better use of the container space. Ladders are SO helpful too!

Btw nice build!
Yes I think that's not such a bad idea you're having there. Downstairs I have enough space too, thanks to the "double container" solution lol, but idk. Thanks for saying that though because I'm currently in that I HATE THIS build phase lol. I will pick it back up tomorrow and play a bit more with my many lovely families.
Beautiful builds again everyone
ETA, but to cheer me up a little, it appears to fit quite well in world view
Lovely again @luckyheather! Really like how you're able to use mostly whites and greys and make something that looks good, I really would not be able to.
Also, just wondering if anyone has made or seen a Sulani-based Community Center yet? My last free day of simming is about to end (*cries in dumpster*) so I won't have as much time to make one myself. Soo, if anyone's seen anything cool, pls let me know. My sims will thank you!

Sorry, had to reupload so it was designated as a tiny home! The new link will take you to the home which is not correctly designated as a tiny home.
Okay, this is adorable

Bed Room (The green container on the ground, first that was made useable.)
Kitchen and Bath Room (The red container next to the green one. Second that was used.)
Living Room (Two containers on the top, opening up to the green house.)
Kids Room (Blue container above the kitchen, was the third to be used. This used to be the living room.)
And here is how it looked like when I started:
