Anyone know if there is an official release time (with timezone)
Yeah I would like to know that too, its 2:15 am in Michigan where I am, and it is still not available to buy on Origin, doesn't make sense to me, because with Island Living it was available at 12:am the moment it hit the date, so why not do the same with this?
Because it's a Gameplay Pack, not a Expansion Pack. Same as Stuff Packs, Gameplay Packs were released at a different time and are not available for pre-order than Expansions. This is handled by EA since 5 years...

The store listed 104 items (25 CAS items) in GP08 Realm of Magic.
GP04 Vampires gets 216 items (72 CAS items)...
I thought I was noticing less furnishings. I think a lot of work went into this one and there's quite a lot to it... but that does seem a pretty large disparity.

But we get 2 different worlds (even they are small) and a new occult. But there is lot of hidden objects (potions, familiar orbs, etc.)
And to be honest, RoM works perfectly with Vampires and Get Together. And in some cases with City Living, too.
