The exterior design, roofing, calming wood siding, and pretty flowers on the edges are very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! Very nice corner sofas area for Sims to relax and watch tv or read a book with sunshine coming in through the windows. Very nice kitchen nook! It looks nice the way the stone textured half wall separates it off. Very pretty and calming lemon and blue colours of the bedrooms. Thankyou very much for using my artwork!

It looks very nice the way you have placed them. Nice outdoors sitting areas on the back porch for enjoying the outdoors air.
It is a lovely starter for a family!

Hot Island Starter is a very lovely tropical island starter for Sulani! @luckyheather

The hot colours give such a lovely look and feel to the home! Very nice exterior design, roofing, wall texture and layout of the home! The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice pool area! Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers or on a floater in the pool , and it is nice that there are three coloured varieties of the lounger . They will enjoy eating food at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine and listening to radio music, The floor patterning is great! The tropical plants and flowers look very nice. Very nice open plan layout and furnishing of the interior living area! The patterned floor rug is a nice touch there, and the furniture items from the pack and the mounted fish look great in the room ! It is nice there is a separate bedroom area. The wooden walls are nice. The boat themed wall pattern in the bathroom gives a very nice look to the room. Thankyou very much for using my art!

Thank you @rosemow for your great review of my 1st Island starter

I needed to do a starter and I love the metal roofing in such wonderful colours! I had to use them and the rest just to match in, and next to the community lot its great for new residents

Thanks too for your colourful Prints that suited my home

Pretty starter home @Allears its so perfect looking outside and inside, plus its size is brilliant for a new home it looks smaller from the front view but seeing the overview was a surprise its so much larger than I thought. Great as there is room for adding what they may need for more skills

Catamaran Houseboat is a very nice starter in the shape of a catamaran! @luckyheather

The boat themed exterior design looks great! Very nice furnishing of and open plan layout of the interior. The blue and white colour scheme is very nice. Very nice sofas area for Sims to enjoy sitting there watching tv or reading with sunlight coming in through the windows. The patterrned floor rug and alternating coloured dining chairs are nice touches. Very nice upper and lower deck areas for Sims to enjoy painting on the easel, dancing on the glass floor tiles, or relaxing on the loungers in the sunshine.
It is a very nice houseboat home!

Thanks very much @rosemow for your review of my Catamaran houseboat, I saw a picture on google and it gave me the inspiration to try and do one as a starter. Shame we cant do basement over the waterline to make below deck, I hope they change that some time as houseboats are great homes

Infinity Pool Starter is a very nice starter home! @luckyheather

Very nice modern exterior design, and the sloped windows look very creatively great! Very special infinity pool! It is very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool or relaxing on the loungers either sides. Very stylish furnishing of the interior! The black and white colour scheme, modern furniture, and open plan layout, is very nice. Sims will have very nice views through the sloped windows! The patterned bed and floater in the pool add a special look to the build.
It is a very nice starter!

Sulani 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Starter is a lovely home! @luckyheather

The new unlocked items look very great the way you have used them in the build! Very lovely outdoors areas! The flowers, plants, rock floor patterning, and the pool look very great! Very nice platformed dance floor area! Sims will have lots of fun dancing to the music there or enjoy relaxing on the lounger. The string lights are pretty! They will enjoy cooking on the circular fire grill and eating the meal outdoors in the air.Very nice exterior design of the home building ! The interiors and layout are very nice! The colourful front door, patterned floor rugs through the build, the coloured interior chairs and bed, and the patterned curtains are very nice!
It is a very lovely starter home for Sulani!

Meditteranean Starter is a lovely starter home! @luckyheather

Very nice exterior design, colour, stone texture and plants bed, and the side patio pools and floater area is very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior and open plan layout! The colours are warm! Very nice windows stools counter for Sims to enjoy dining in the sunshine,. The living room is a very nice area for Sims to rest in the chairs and watch tv. The tv is nice placed on the circular coffee table. Very nice outdoors loungers area for Sims to enjoy resting there listening to radio music .
It is great starter!

A super cheap small Sulani hut!

It has a off the grid trait but of course it can be removed, there are lamps inside the home!

Small Cosy Straw Hut is a very nice starter home for Sulani! @PrincessAmy

Very nice calming natural wooden wall texture and straw roofing. The open plan layout of the interior is very nice. Very nice bathroom ! The wooden bath tub is great and the tropical lights and tiki wall decor there look nice. The wall hanging beside the bed is a nice touch. Very nice tropical island patterned sofa for Sims to enjoy sitting and resting on. The kraken wall decor looks great on the sofa wall! They will enjoy eating fruit from the fruit bowl .
It is a very nice island beach starter home!
