Thank you my simming friends for all your encouraging comments I appreciate them so much as I create a lot and we rarely hear from simmers that use them how they get on with them, so hearing from other creators is wonderful
I do try to do different things all the time as I dont like keep repeating myself as I get bored, plus big builds I get bored and leave them for ages I do have a few to get back to! I am so happy to hear you like what I do thank you so much.... Happy Simming x
Japanese Mimimalism is a very stylish starter! @kilra0 Very nice white exterior colour, and the pool nook is great! The picture on the dining area wall add a very nice look to the area, and the red coloured bed adds a special touch of colour to the bedroom.
It is a very nice starter for a couple
thanks @rosemow (I am still working on your mail room, it's a whole build now when it's finished I will post it to the newest creation thread so you can see it happy weekend )
17K September Starter is a lovely starter! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design, white colour, roofing and the new plant potters are pretty! The flowers are nice around edges of tree, Very nice grey, black and white colours of the interior and the furnishings are very nice, The floor patten adds a nice look to the home. It looks nice the way the window wall divides the areas. The new clothes rack is nice in the bedroom Very nice outdoors living table and chair area. Kids will have fun on the swings. The animal statues are a nice touch there.
.It is a very nice starter home
Thank you @luckyheather , I hadn't seen this thread before. I have only made one (pretty sad) starter home before this so not only did you inspire me but gave me a source of really great starters.
This is The Elsa, based on a real tiny home by Olive Nest Tiny Homes.
The Elsa comes in at $18458 so just a hair under 20K if you place on a 20x20 lot. It has a lot of amenities and appeal for a starter, thank goodness for debug. The Elsa is actually built up on a trailer like a real tiny home so you will have to go up one level whenever you re-enter the lot. I play an old school bus conversion lot that I just love (Off The Grid Bus by LCSims0, check CC). Anyway, it's built the same, first level is really the second story, but it never bothered me, just wanted to let folks know. The little greenhouse is fully functional.
The Elsa is a very lovely starter home! @bubbajoe621 You have reflected the original real life home very well! The home looks very special on the trailer! Very nice greenhouse with the pretty flower planter boxes on the edges. The flowers in the garden are pretty! Sims will enjoy doing flower arranging on the flower arrangement table. Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior living, kitchen and dining area.
It is a very starter home!
Too cool @bubbajoe621 ! I like that you used the trailer for that. I just got a framework set upon the trailer, day before yesterday. Now you've inspired me to go make it into something.
Looks amazing @luckyheather I love that the pot has it's own room and I've always loved the shadows that those glass roofs create. The yard is so detailed and great to look at. Love it.
Copperpot Starter is a great steampunk themed magical starter! @luckyheather It is great that it is named after the copper cauldron. The brown colour scheme is very nice.Very creatively nice exterior design of the home! The towers and the glass peaked roofing is very nice! The clock is great on the upper balcony/roofing! Sims will enjoy fishing in the pond, Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! The patterned flooring and the wallpaper are very nice.Very nice cauldron nook for creating potions or cooking meals!
It is a very nice magical starter home!
@luckyheather That is a lot of house for the price and room to expand when finances allow. Very homey... I like the live screenshots showing the water feature and fire in the hearth.
Thanks @Taoron for saying the garden is great to look at I say thank goodness for all the free debug stuff as we can make any garden look good now!
Thanks @rosemow for such nice comments about my Copperpot Starter I just wish I had more money for pipes and clocks in the starter price. So maybe I will do it non starter price as well soon
Hi @bubbajoe621 and thanks very much for saying the house is very homey as its not easy with a starter, but I think Steampunk warm tones of wood and copper helps. I dont do live screenshots very of oten but my builder was hungry so she cooked with the cauldron and she upgraded the fireplace so screenshots have chimney smoke...a must have for a Steampunk build I feel
Wood Elf Starter Home is a lovely magical starter! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design of the home, windows used, natural colours, and the plants, trees and flowers through the outdoors areas are very lovely ! Very nice patterned wood front patio! Sims will like using the cauldron there. Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior! The wall pattern is very nice and the home has a calming feel. It is great there is a corner computer desk nook in the bedroom.
It is a very nice and natural starter home for an elf
Yara’s 2 BR Starter is a lovely family starter! @Allears Very nice exterior design and the flowers in the front garden are pretty! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior! The sofas seats sitting area is nice for Sims to watch tv with sunshine coming through windows, and it is nice there is a corner armchair reading nook. The orange wall tiling in the kitchen adds a nice look to the area, and the coloured floor rugs in the bedrooms are nice. Thankyou so very much for using my artwork in your home!
It is a very nice home!
