    EA Survey from Email - Make Your Opinion Count!

    Today I received an email with EA asking for opinions to Sims 4.
    I was surprised it was only 2 questions. o:)
    But the hard part? Giving the reason for your answer to question 1 - in 400 characters or less! :*
    I didn't realize how quickly that gets used up, until I had to redo my answer around half a dozen times, because of the word limit, lol.
    Anyone else get one, or answer theirs?

      I got this one as well. I was hoping it'd end up being one of those "pack opinion" surveys.

      I got it. Only one question and if you didn't highly recommend I guess that is when you get the 2nd question. I was like "what?"

      i got it and answered it.
      for anyone curious, it asks you to rate on a scale of 0-10 how likely you are to recommend the sims 4 to someone. you are then asked to write why you chose your answer (in 400 characters or less).

      I got it. Was also surprised it was only two questions. I answered why I'd recommend it but was expecting there to at least be a third question as to why I would potentially not recommend it.

      That's so bad, why do a survey if you don't want the constructive criticism? So they only wanted the positive opinions? :confused:

      to clear up any misunderstandings...

      The 2 parts of the survey -
      1. are to rate Sims 4
      2. Tell why you gave the rating

      Starts with :
      How likely are you to recommend The Sims 4 to a friend or family member?

      EA is not looking for only "positive answers". :)

      I wonder on what the criteria was to receive it ... ( ie - a member of the forums, off a product code ... ).

      I got it all the way back when I just purchased the sims 4.
      Intel i7-6700HQ; nvidia gtx970m 3 gb; 1tb HHD and 256gb SSD; my drivers are always up to date.

      More like 400 characters, which is barely enough to say what I wanted to in the survey. :grimace:

      I appreciate them asking for some feedback, but I could barely make a whole paragraph with just 400 characters. It was verrrrrrry short. Wish it was a 1,000 characters at least.

      Also, if anyone has gmail I found this under the promotions tab when I went to look.

      Silly me, it wasn't words, it was characters !
      That's why it ended up being too short... :o

      I wish they'd survey me. I'm guessing since I'm not in the targeted age-bracket, though, that my opinion/money doesn't mean anything to them. :'(

      @Gruffman Possibly when you installed the game more than likely there was a box that asked would you like to receive email notifications from EA in the future or something like that.
