When you finish eating your wonderful Thanksgiving dinner and clap your hands like your sims do when they get to eat their favorite meal. (While picturing your sim clapping their hands)
When you walk by a large group of people outside of your apartment building hugging each other goodbye after what was probably a holiday get together and wonder why you aren't seeing the Relationship + symbols flash over their heads.
It's been a while, but isn't Rit dye still the standard for home use? Although to be fair, CASting a pattern onto a garment probably takes a bit more in the way of tools and skill (unless you really are after the random tie-dye look).
When you have the game running just right and the laptop is still fairly new and showing no signs of giving up the ghost in the foreseeable future but you are thinking of dashing out and buying another "just in case". Not sure if this means I am an addict or if I have too much money
When you have a playing session planed and instead get some unexpected visitors, and even though you are enjoying the company, you are kind of low-key disgruntled the whole time, because there was a baby due to be born, and now you have to wait a whole day to see, how the nooboo turns out.
@emorrill Dearest Emily, would you PLEASE not do that. I was merrily scrolling along and ... BAM! Almost had a heart attack... I need a little warning before the hottie appears.

When you see an animation you´ve never seen before, and are totally giddy about it.
(One of the toddlers refused to be taken down from the spring ride. I knew, this was possible, but it never happened in my game before. Soooo cute! )
You know you're a TS3 addict when your heart drops into your stomach when you see a MS Win update and wonder WHAT IS THIS THING GOING TO DO TO MY GAME!!!!????
Always "River McIrish" ...and maybe some Bebe Hart. ~innocent expression~

@Nikkei_Simmer An update was installed on my computer a few days ago and my computer has been acting strange ever since the update. Nothing happened to my games (thank goodness), but don't you get sick and tired of it when your computer just doesn't work properly?
Edit: back in the old days, you took something out of the box, plugged in, and it works. Nowadays I am always fighting something. Currently my windows defender decided it is not going to run scans anymore. Also, my new samsung tv has been a problem from the day I bought it.
Yeah...I've been trying to figure out how to disable automatic updates of Windows
My mo has Window 10 on her system. earlier this year one of their "updates" bricked her system. Fortunately my guy was a computer tech in a previous life (Pre me) so he was able to get it working again. After that I did some research and learned the easiest way to stop the update is to tell windows your on a metered internet connection.
Hopefully one of these articles will help you to set it up.

Just assume that every edit I make is because of typos.
When you have a "Sims PC"
People who are not gamers of any kind don't understand the need for another computer.
You can in RL...only problem is that it'll come out looking like this:
Always "River McIrish" ...and maybe some Bebe Hart. ~innocent expression~

Since then I haven't had to deal with any troublesome updates on her system.
