Sims Town Market Square DeveloperS Needed
Sims National Parliament Has Decreed that every Town and City Must have a Market Place.
So has Put up this Add to attract potential developers.
Each local authority has set aside land for their towns/city Market a 25/25 or 30/30 lot.
The Markets will Improve the Community. Creating jobs, Helping Farmers and Traders to develope their business's.
Provide all locals with the produce they need to live a healthy and happy life.
So if you think your the architect for the development Please enter your Plans and get to work.
The Towns and citys that need a market are,
River View(theme rual farming)
Midnight Hollow(theme hint of suppernatural)
Barnacle Bay(theme Pirate island)
Roaring Hights(theme the 40s city living)
Sunset Valley(theme urban town)
Aurora Skies(theme mountain village)
Appaloosa Plains(theme old western)
Lucky Palms(theme vagas/mexican)
Lunar Lakes(theme future/Alien)
Monti Vista(theme Tuscan itally)
Dragon Valley(theme medieval)
Hidden Springs(theme )
Starlight Shores(modern celeb culture)
Moonlight Falls(theme counrty with some supernatural)
Sunlit Tides(theme beachside living)
Twinbrook(theme old run down railway town)
Isla Paradiso(theme paridise island)
Bridgeport(modern city living)

You may enter for as many towns you wish (whether you own the world or not)
Each entry must fit the style of the town or city for which its for. But only one entry per town.
Requirements
Each lot must have the following =
Public toilets.
Some kinda eating place.
Some where to sit & relax.
Entertainment or activites of some kind.
Area for the kids & toddlers.
Parking, bike stores, horse post, subway or teleporter But only if they suite the town the entry is for.
While Having either or both the Market place set and the Savey seller set Would be great to have on the lot.
they are Not Essential. So you can enter without.
Entry Dead line Date is = October 30th 2016
And
Upload and entry Form Posting Dead line is = 9th Nov

The total prize fund is yet to be descided but will at least be 2000ssp
There will be the following
1= Over all competitions winning entry.
2= If multipul entries for any town, there will be
1st place and 2nd place prize.

If you own all the store items, you can either
Donate your winnings to another simmer.
OR
I Calmorezoo will create for you something of your own choice.
Using only the EPs &SPs you own and any store content.

RULES
01= Deadline date 30th 10. 2016 at Midnight BST .
02= Each Entry must have its own entry form .
03= Each entry needs its own post.
04= Dont forget to fill in the exchange details for your entry.(if found without it will loose points)
05= Each Entry must have a short story about the lot.
06= You many place a entry for evey town you wish, But only 1 for each town.
07= NO third party custom content thankyou.(if found with the lot will be disqualifide)
08= NO Create a pattern coverings thankyou.(if found with the entry will loose points)
09= All entries must be Newly created and Uploaded to the exchange.
10= Only use 25/25 or 30/30 lot sizes. As these will fit all of the worlds Ive redeveloped.
11= Yes All EPs SPs may be used.
12= Yes EA Sims3 Store Content can be used.
13= Play test Checking for Routing Issues.(if found the lot will loose points for every issue)
14= Pictures only 4 on the entry post. (but you can provide a link to more if you wish)
15= If your found out to be using someone else creation. (you will be disqualifide)
16= Be kind to everyone taking part. (Any nastiness and you will be disqualifed from the competition)
17= Happy creating and have fun everyone.

Question = you mentioned in the requirements: "Parking bike store and or public transport." Can you clarify as I'm not sure I'm reading correctly. You require at least one of the three: car parking spaces, bike racks,public transport - but you do not require that all three be present, right? And the "store" thrown in there, is that separate or...?

Question = Can I build to a town I don't have? I can't place the lot to the desired place, so I guess there's a possibility the lot won't fit at it's place if they're not both perfectly flat. Wished to be able to build a Barnacle Bay Market on a pier...

As for fear of the lot not leveling up Theres a cheat that can fix that issue. As long as you let us know on your entry Post that the lot is a waterside lot or other persific lot requirement . Im sure i can make adjustments on lot placement within the world.

Question = There's no suitable lot to build atleast in Al Simhara and Appaloosa Plains, because they have no 25x25 lots at all in them. Champs Les Sims has one, Alexis' Relics, and the Town Square is 25x26, even though it would be perfect in other ways. I understood we have to use the lots given in the town and not place new ones, but I find this problematic.

Answer = The lot you use is upto you, the only thing I set was the size. However now youve brought tomy attention that someofthe worlds dont have a free 25/25 lot. Ive made an amendment and added lot size 30/30 as a choice. So you all can choose from either 25/25 or 30/30 for your entries.

Answer = Sorry I must of forgot to amend the rules post. The changes were made as some of the worlds dont have any empty 25/25 lots and Some newer Sim gamers dont now how to add or fix an additional lot to landscaped. Plus with my redeveloped game worlds Ive descided that 25/25 or 30/30 are a fare and common size in my games.

Link to tip post = The cheat ; SetImportTerrainOffset = If applied when in edit world mode before placing a lot . It will fix terrain offsets to be fixed so the meet roadside or world levels . Cant remeber if you need Testingcheatsenabled first though.

As for fear of the lot not leveling up Theres a cheat that fixes that issue. As long as you let us know on your entry Post that the lot is a waterside lot or other lot requirement . Im sure i can make adjustments on lot placement within the world.
