Whenever I try upgrading to Windows 10 my Sims game crashes in build buy mode. The game runs fine until I go want to purchase something, then I get the black screen. I tried updating twice. I couldn't get it to work. So I went back to Windows 7. Is there anything I can do for this?

When you have upgraded to windows 10, did you also update your graphics drivers for Windows 10? If you didn't , try doing that and see if it helps the issue.
If you are playing on a laptop with a dedicated graphics card, do what is in this thread.

Try switching back to 32 bit mode when you have upgraded and see if that helps. To do that ,
Go to My Games in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture.
Click on “Game Properties”
Change the “When launching this Game” setting to “The Sims 4 32-bit"

Just break up report into more than one posting, thx
> I wasn't able to post beyond a certain amount. I hope what I posted is enough.
Just add the section under "Display Adapter" since it's obviously a driver problem.
Since you have a Windows 7 computer, I'm guessing your video card might be quite old and might be risky to upgrade to Windows 10.
