Only one I know of is Winchester Farming community, and as pretty as it is, its just inconvenient for multiple reasons, mainly due to the size.

If you scroll down about half way there is a spoiler with more pics of said world here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/877061/rural-world

Thank you, its really nice, but again its small like Winchester, doesn't look to be any community lots there.

I've got one I use for a legacy and it would work very well for a farming town.EVERMORE FALLS

I'll have a look around for you today. I've played a lot of farming/ranching type games, but I tend to like to start with an empty world, and I gather that's not what you're looking to do. First thing that comes to mind is Rflong's Glenvale County, which is pretty much empty but at least has the base game community lots/rabbit holes in place. I recall there's lots of room, too, but I can't remember how many large lots there are. Here's the exchange link:

    https://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=5940639.

Apaloosa Plains would work if you want a built EA world since it has that rural feel and lots of large lots, especially on the "lower" level of the map, but I think up on the one side, too.

@Springfairy556 Did you look at Meadow Glen, also by MySimRealty who made Winchester Farming Community? There's a new-ish version 4, which I haven't tried, but did play one of the older ones (not sure which) a number of years ago. I liked how it was divided between a town side and a country side.

Is there a version uploaded to exchange so I can see pics, I also wanna make sure there's no CC.

Is this the one your speaking of?

If so, I consider that more tropical/las vegasy then rural.

Yeah, I'm not a builder, and don't have the skills to build lots to fill the world, so empty worlds wouldn't work unfortunately.

Appaloosa plains is glitched for me.Its hard to explain but it has kids living on their own and households made of dogs, so I never play it.

Rflong's world looks lovely, even though its meant for building up, I downloaded it anyway, might find some homes on the creative corner! Thank you!

I also downloaded meadow glen as well! Thanks.

@Springfairy556 Oh, you'll find loads of stuff on the creative corner, or tucked away in the studios of creators who have put up different kinds of things more recently. In the past, I've mostly done the builds for my worlds, only using a few downloaded lots, but just recently I went kind of crazy and filled up two empty worlds with almost entirely downloaded lots. :P I just stick to creators whose work I know and trust not to have anything in it I don't want in my game. The two worlds I've done lately weren't really overall what you're looking to do, so I don't have a lot of those lots fresh on my mind. Except, here is one that was made for me recently, and it's a really beautiful farm:

If you decide to put some things in Glenvale County, you might want to first consider what other kinds of community lots you want and find appropriate sized lots on the map for them. Might save you some headache later on. Rflong has a built version of that same world, Glenvale City, which I was thinking wasn't as rural as what you had in mind, but I see it has a farm area, so maybe I'm wrong. The reason I looked it up was I assume it has more community lots placed, and I was thinking you could move some over. From the description, I don't think it's an entirely built up map either, though. Might be worth taking a look at both of them.

    @suzses
Thanks so much! I'm sure there's plenty on the exchange, just weary of Custom Content.
I downloaded a lot of lots from winchester farming community, and appaloosa plains as it'll help, really just lacking on showtime venues and things like that.

Edit: Found one Called Fin Rada

    Hi @Springfairy556 ,

your choice of Conorsim's Rinn Fada as rural/farming world is brilliant but have you had a look at doublemedion694's Cladbridge-on-Stowe?
https://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7451577 .... this is another awesome farming community and maybe worth checking out ... no CC as far as I am aware.
    Happy Simming! :)

I actually had downloaded that one before Rinn Fada, the world itself fit was I was looking for but the homes and community lots didn't really fit the look I was wanting.

I'm not sure if anyone has suggested GlenDonnach yet, but it's another world by doublemedion694. I think it's a beautiful rural world, and I personally am a fan of the architecture :)

https://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=9226253 You might try try Cairo. It sort of looks like Riverview, but the lots are not annoyingly tiny. There are a lot of farm houses with gardens. Thanks for looking!

I left a rec for it, but not exactly what I'm looking for, looking for a more rural neighbor hood than Al Simhara but left a rec for it.
