As far as I know, has not been found yet, codes for horses in the game. So ppl are assuming that it will not be included on this EP. But maybe they will include horses on a farmer pack

It looks too 2D whereas the true ones are more vibrant and 3D' ish. I do wish that Through the Ages one was true though - as an expansion pack. Think of the turrets and round castle walls and maybe circular stairs!
I like the image but the cover doesn't look right. Where is the icon, new clothes, and furniture. A bowl on the cover doesn't look right for the icon. Seeing the mock cover brings to mind things I hope are in the real game. The stripe cat's walk has a cute, bouncy step. The Golden Lab putting its head on the sims lap and the Shepard dog receiving love from a chin rub. The two cats remind me of my cats I had when I was a kid. One slept all day and the other ran around getting into trouble. *keeping fingers crossed* :) I hope the game offers the choice between active and calm personality for the pets.
I dunno if I'm just on the internet too much or if it's me knowing a thing or two about editing but I'm always amazed by people believing these obviously fake leaks.

I agree with this. I have seen fan made renders and they do not resemble what comes out of Maxis. EA is gonna deny anything they don't want the public seeing, but the render itself almost has to be something created at EA. There is just no other official render close enough to use as a starting point. My guess is that it's a prototype that was never meant to be seen by the public.
Truth be told it could be real, but its definitely unfinished if it is.
My one big suspicion is the chopped of cat on the cover, that just screams fake, and not because its cut off.
That cat I believe I saw in a very old TS2 render for pets, I don't think it was a PC variant however. But the cat seems to familiar for me.
On a side note: The pets look cute, but not so vibrant? Also I'm a little sad that if its real they're looking more plastic than cute and fuzzy.
I for one always have hated the pets EP (but I always welcome it) but cmon, I want a fuzzy chubby kitty.
Another note for everyone,
while I agree that using already in game content makes it look a little faker due to them loving to show off the new stuff there's also the fact that at least from what I remember TS4 in each pack offers far less than older ones CAS wise. At least to my memory, I wouldn't even be surprised if for pets the whole focus on plainly placed on the pets instead.
Which so long as its a lot I'd be happy, because if we're gonna get this pack done with at least make the animals get a lot.
I wouldn't be surprised if we actually got animal stuff packs on the side to further expand animals honestly.
Despite Graham saying its not real, I honestly wouldn't put it past them to not be completely honest. I don't mean badly, but it happens all the time with any game.
I like the husky's face but the body looks like a walrus with legs.

I actually have bigger issues with that cat in the front that the dogs. those eyes scare me like they are portioned wrong on that cat in some way but I can't quite place it.
