I wanted to do another building that follows a more deconstructivism style and take a break from the boxy looking modern homes that are always on the gallery (of which I am 5000% guilty of making myself). It was a whole lot of fun to make, especially playing around with the roofs and trying to make everything fit together, while keeping it at a reasonable price in game. Hope you enjoy!
The exterior design of Modern Living 3 looks very creatively great! Very nice design of the roofing! It looks great the different types of windows used and how they are placed in the build. The bay windows and tower looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The light filled windows music nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy playing the piano there with sunshine coming in onto them. The shoes rack is a nice home touch. Very nice dining area. It looks great that the dining table is angled. The red flowers on the table are pretty for Sims to see when eating meals. The living room is very nice for Sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofas watching tv. The red colour of the sofas gives a great look to the room and the flowers are nice touches on the tables either sides of the tv. Very nice brown and white colour scheme of the master bedroom, and green colour scheme of the kids room. It is great that the kids bed is in the windows alcove, for them to wake up to sunlight coming in onto their bed. Very nice design of the outdoors pool patio! The flowers and tree feature looks very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or resting on the poolside chairs in the outdoors air.
It is a very nice modern home!

Architectural Style: Victorian
Lot type: Park
Lot Size: 40 x 30
Description: A long long time ago, a magical tree sprung from the ground. Passersby have noticed the unusual shape and colors of this tree which is said to emit a strange glow during the night, and legend has it that the tree is a portal to a magical land of fairies and gnomes. Soon people settled in and built a village in the area. Today, all that remains is a small Victorian castle, but you can still visit this park and enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature.
Morrowood Gardens is so very pretty! The plants, flowers and trees through the Park look so very nice! The bridges look very great! It is very nice that the Sylvan Glade tree is in the build. It looks very nice that there are seat benches around it for Sims to sit and relax in the shade of the tree. Sims will enjoy playing chess outdoors in the very natural setting. The river and rocks bordering the water looks very nice running through the park. The liypads are pretty in the water. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice outdoors dining nook for Sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food at the picnic table in the outdoors air. The exterior design of castle building looks very nice! The towers and curved roofing look great! Very nice fireplace sofa and armchair sitting nook inside the building for Sims to rest and chat in front of the fire. They will have fun listening to juke box music.
It is a very nice Fairytale Park for Sims to enjoy visiting!
Morrowood Gardens is such a wonderful park, very beautifully landscaped and I love all the bridges. The main building is an awesome focal point and the roof design is perfect, very creative

Wonderful! And you gave me an idea! Thank you so much!
@illusie Haha I have to repeatedly remind myself "oh wait, can't use that" when building it. It was rough...
@AIRIS6962 OOooo I can't wait to see what becomes of this!
@masajo Thanks! A bit different than my usual boxy buildings, but I like how it turned it for sure!
