current family I'm playing! there are some curious genes at work in terms of noses (flat noses prevailing despite parents not having one) but we'll see if any of the grandkids manage to inherit the big nose gene from their grandmas.

So! My founder Jolie Kruse Dated Mitchell Kalani, had 6 kids (2 twin girls, a boy, a boy, and 2 more twin girls) and then got divorced.
From Left to Right for the second row (their kids)
Ellie, Leah, Luke, Christopher, Sara, Alexis, Blaze. Jolie adopted Blaze after the divorce.
Ellie married Amalie, and since Amalie was able to get others pregnant, they had twin boys, Russel and Knox.
Leah adopted Zara when she was a baby. Zara is an alien.
Luke was dating Wind as teens when she got pregnant, and they decided to raise the baby at the Kruse house because Wind's parents didn't approve. Her name is Daze and she is a child now. They soon got married as soon as they aged up, and had a son, Bay, who is a toddler now. They still live at the Kruse house and are very much in love.
Chistropher was always more of an introvert and a bit gloomy, and as a teen he decided to be turned into a vampire. He is now a young adult and lives alone in Forgotten Hollow.
Sara and Alexis live in San Myshuno with their dad, and don't talk to their mom and siblings frequently.
Blaze is soon going to age up into a teenager. He is very sporty and kinda mean.
This is by far my favorite family I've ever played. I'm so attached to them! Jolie is going to age up into an elder soon; I'm so sad!!

an updated family tree! lotta green and lotta flat noses/faces least for the adult son of the house. one day I will have to use actual nice shots and not just my hastily cropped tree but for now this will do.
I find it fascinating how current gen (Chess) is so much lighter than his parents. It's like he got his dad's skin hue, but with mum's shade, or a throwback on his townie mum's side. Next torcholder will be White because I prefer her traits/aspiration combination (disco naps will be super useful and gardening bank will help recover some points). Also, I had boys the last 2 gens.
All traits/aspirations are randomised (including the founder's) and I edit clothes/hair (but not colour/texture)/facial hair/and occasionally eyebrows but haven't edited anyone's bone structure/figure/genetics with the exception of making White's eyes a little bigger, because they weren't balanced in her face.
Fun Fact: The founder's husband was a "very positive" outcome from wishing for love at the Wishing Well. I just edited his hair/beard/clothes.
