Well, if we it's actually "just like... neighbours in a house next-door in older worlds," then they should be visitable behind a loading screen? I'm waiting for an answer on that. TBH, this is more important to me than building, which I know lots of people are very disappointed about. For me, customizing the Sims is more important.

It's better than I was afraid it would be from just the trailer and blog. Also I just had it confirmed that we can knock out interior walls and doors inside an apartment unit. (Once I had a landlord who let us paint walls. Once! And that was a lot of landlords.)
