I doesn't look like a mall to me, it looks like the sims are in the street where a festival takes place and there are ethnic sims around, probably tourists.
I don't see where all of this fits within this theme though, or why I would want it in my game tbh.

Yep, I'm starting to get thoughts like that too. This isn't the first time things have "accidentally" leaked like this. I feel like this is some sort of way to get around that weird revenue law, so that they can give us information without actually announcing it. Needless to say, I think a lot of people here are glad that it's happening though.

Not really sure about this whole cultural thing and tourists hanging about in the city. I mean, what will this do to townie generation and culling? I can imagine the disaster. And politics is really something I am not interested in at all... Sigh..
