No Buy Button For A Certain Set

I was trying to buy the Lullabies and Nursery Rhymes set from the Sims 3 store, but there's no "buy" option, only "download", even though I haven't purchased the set. I did buy one item from the set earlier (the Straight Lines Activity Table), but besides that, I've bought nothing from the set.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

@Kandy, sometimes buying an item or 2 from a set can bring the green download button up. And sometimes there is a glitch in the system that will bring up the green download button even though the buyer may only own 1 item from a set. And since it is on sale, it may be possible that the CYS (Complete your set) kicked in. It is okay to hit that button as it won't take away any of your simpoints...

I was like this a long time ago when I had seen a green download button on a set that I only had a couple of items from but didn't want to hit the button as I was afraid that it would still take simpoints away from my total. It wasn't until a few days later when I have seen people posting in threads that about seeing sets with the green download button and how it was okay to hit the button...
