I moved my sims to a new house, yet again.
The last one had an intruder problem worst than the apartment. I think its location was spawing sims unaware they were on a residential lot.
This house has another bedroom, so another model moved in with them.

Now Dale can alternate between models and they can alternate between working at the office and working at the home studio.
They now have their own social circle.
Three models, two style influencers, and one photographer.
One of the club activities is to try out outfits
Also singing, since my models do a lot of Karaoke.
They may option to switch to an acting career in the future.
Izzy Fabulous is the style influencer that is called in to approve pictures.
But it is supposed to be Olivia Banks.
The game does not recognized her as a style influencer for visits, only chats.
Krystal Figueroa will probably be the third model once they buy The Old Salt House.

George moved to Del Sol Valley where he's going to attempt to be an actor like his late uncle Andrew.
Josef for the time being is unsure about what he wants to do so he has moved back to the family home in Brindleton Bay for the time being.
As we head into the Summer of 1991, my sim self's second youngest son Carlin has finally set a date for his wedding to his girlfriend Carina at the end of the spring. They have been engaged since 1985.
Once again Power Conservation Day strikes when Carlin's family gathering is due at his house so he asks his father if he can host his family gathering at his childhood home:
The following day Carina and Carlin head to Tartsoa to finally get married.

P.1055 This mysterious Izabella Bernard sounds interesting. …What if she is the missing mob boss’ daughter. Her introduction sounded amazing and the relationship with her mother as well. The loft looks amazing! The veranda is very nicely renovated! The outdoor kitchen, the counters, the aquarium looks neat! Very elegant, and at dark it looks stunning!
Julie’s intention for returning will be revealed. Justin will have to clean up his act though, him getting angry and yelling at Aaron wasn’t planned but figured I could fit it in. As for Colette, she’ll be careful 🙂
Continuing from last update Colette finds Nancy's base. Things get serious
“Looks like this is it, there’s Aslan too!” Colette said to herself as she looked on. Colette made sure to write down the location of this place, it was the last thing left that she needed. Now that she had it she could head back home.
As she made her way back to San Myshuno, Aaron was brought to the apartment that they’re parents were renting during their visit. After getting comfortable they both asked him to come live with them back in Del Sol Valley. They were leaving on New Years Day and they wanted to bring him back with them. Aaron quickly accepted, he was excited at the thought of living with them. He just had to tell his sister he told them. However speaking with Colette was easier in his mind than it actually was. She sympathized with him, but told him it was better for him to not live with them. If he wanted they could visit more often. It only made Aaron mad. Aaron wanted to live with them, having them visit just wasn’t enough. He left the apartment to get some air while Colette asked him to hear her out. Outside he called his parents and told them her response. The next morning while Aaron went to school, Colette went out to drink come coffee. When she returned back to her apartment she found someone waiting outside her door. “So you weren’t home? I thought you were just refusing to open the door” she said sounding annoyed. “I’m sorry, who are you?” Colette asked. She knew exactly who she was but just wanted to push her buttons. “Let’s get past the pleasantries Colette, I’m sure you know why I’m here.” Julie told her. “Yeah Mom Aaron told me, you two want to take him. The old man brought him to me when he was just a toddler, and now you guys want him back? You can’t have him” Their first time meeting turned into an argument. Julie insisted as Aaron’s mother she has every right to take him, especially if Aaron wanted to go with them Colette kept control of herself until Julie said if she didn’t let Aaron go with them, she would go to the police and press charges on Colette for kidnapping. That was the tipping point for her. She asked her to leave and to go right ahead with the charges.
Realizing that wasn’t working as she hoped, Julie backtracked and told her she didn’t want to get to that point.
Colette yawned her response. Julie left shortly after. Just as she entered her apartment, she received a call from Aslan. Nancy had a job for her tonight, but Colette just wasn’t up for it. She said she couldn’t make it. Instead she stayed home and waited for Aaron to arrive back from school. She had thought about what to do overnight. When he returned they sat at the couch and talked. Colette asked him if really did want to live with their parents. It wasn’t an easy conversation but Colette realized she had to respect Aaron’s choice no matter what it was. After a long talk, they came to a decision. Colette paid her parents a visit at their apartment. She quickly ripped into them for their poor parenting skills, especially hers. She was going to let Aaron go live them, but with certain conditions. After they agreed on her conditions, Julie tried to apologize to her for what she said about pressing charges. Justin overhead and asked what was she talking about. “Nothing, it's over” Colette told her father. Aslan texted her to meet him at the park. Apparently Nancy was angry that Colette didn’t show up to work. They had another job for her and wanted to make sure she was showing up this time. Unfortunately for them she has had enough of them, she wasn’t going to do this job or any other job for them. Aslan tried to reason and even intimidate her. She made a deal with Nancy and she was going to follow through. Colette wasn’t backing down, she was tired of others trying to intimidate her. She warned him if they didn’t leave her alone she’d go to the police. Aslan backed off but was irritated.
Izabella isn't Giulia even though that was my original plan. I had time with all the other stuff involving Danielle and Londyn, plus Matteo and Liberty, to rethink that. I decided to give Izabella an entirely new story and it came about when I told how Matteo cut ties with Leonardo in order to get his life back on track. So now Izabella is cleared and her own brand new character, Giulia is still missing and I'm thinking over two different storylines for her.
It's tough, but Colette really didn't have much choice in the matter with Aaron and their parents. He would just end up hating her if she refused. Her parents would have some sort of leg to stand on to get him back, and that getting legal system involved potentially exposes her work for Nancy. Bravo to her for putting conditions on it. Hopefully Aaron will see how much better Colette was, but now she has a fight on her hands to get him back...unless she can prove their unfit parents. Aslan looks really mad. Be careful Colette!😨
Matteo's sister Allegra dropped by to see her big brother and meet his fiancé. She had been missing her brother while he was lost in the party life, but she is elated to have him back. Allegra was really taken with Liberty and was eager to make her feel an even bigger part of the family.
This isn't Allegra's first appearance here, but the first time it was the teen version that I made for flashbacks. This is the all grownup Allegra..
I have a little thing I want to do with her that I think will be fun. Like a lot of simmers I treat Tartosa as being in Italy. What I'm planning to do with her in my story is when she gets excited, happy, angry, really emotionally wound up, I want her to switch to speaking in Italian. I can't speak it myself so I will need to put my faith in Google Translate.
An exciting opportunity has risen to own one of the first houses to be built in the Llama Lagoon area of Newcrest. The house at 1 Pin Oak Court was built in 1980 by Arun and his wife Jasminder Bheeda for their expanding family. Arun and Jasminder passed away in 1982 and requested in their will that ownership of their house was transferred to their only living son Dan.
In 1982 Dan moved in his childhood sweetheart and together completely renovated the inside giving the house a completely new layout. Now having decided to move to the newly developed town of Copperdale, Dan's wife Sienna has been offered an opportunity to work at the new high school

If I did what I wanted to do over there, it would sort of be a story, even if it might have been a short one. So, it might be better to move over here anyway. But if I do move over here, I wanna do it with my real sim. So, I started the proper tarot challenge today. Now without further ado, this is Aimee Peña:
She has very recently had her young adult birthday and she took the opportunity to move out on her own as soon as she possibly could. You see, Aimee was never very close with her mother and it was only worse with the man her mother eventually married and Aimee's little half-siblings. Now Aimee's father, whose surname she carries... well, she never met the man and her mother never wanted to talk about him... but other people did. And the things they said were not pretty. Apparently, Mr. Peña used to be an infamous criminal who had upset many people very much... except for his own half-sister. The two of them were said to be the best of friends. Aimee could only wish her own half-siblings accepted her, too...
Well, anyway. Aimee was excited to build a life of her own. Oasis Springs should be hospitable enough, she loved the warmth... and though Sandtrap Flat was not exactly everything she had hoped for, she thought she really could turn both the little house and the course of her future around here.
((And my darling little girl drew the Empress card. Well, wowie. XD The Empress is someone creative, supportive and possibly family oriented, someone who takes some big idea or something else important and makes it a reality. Well... I guess that's a card that would fit a Founder sim no matter what, eh, new beginnings? But let's see how much of an Empress can I really make this sim, with her issues and and her personality... because shhh... I'll share a secret. Aimee is all mum in looks, but she's got the temper of a wildcat, that's for sure. ;D))
I'm home sick today but that hasn't stopped me from getting into my game. It may have given me some inspiration though. I downloaded a new house for Darian and Summer and I was doing some quick renovations and I came across an oddly shaped bedroom. It was really tricky do anything with, at least with a double bed. So I came up with another use. I knocked out the ensuite bathroom(there's still 3), and I made it into a second functional kitchen. This one has a twist. It doubles as a set for a cooking show. I think Miss Summer is about to become a celebrity chef.
And what a gorgeous view out the windows. Though that may be distracting to her viewers.🤔 I'm sort of leaning towards the lighter colored version. The dark one would look a bit better with dark windows but then that throws off all the other windows in the house.🤣
@DaniRose2143 I agree that the light one is actually better. Unless you're wanting to go Retro. Dark cabinets have been passé for quite some time, now.
@GalacticGal The dark cabinets and counters were just to see what it looked like in contrast to the lighter walls. I really do prefer light colored walls, counters, and fixtures. Less gloomy and more open feeling.

@Karababy52 I love that grungy look.❤️ I don't think I've ever seen anyone really go for the Industrial look in that building. I've seen a few renovations of the loft in the Art District that used the repurposed warehouse look.

Since this cold has been messing with me and I kept nodding off, I spent the day redecorating Summer and Darian's new home instead of gameplay. I already showed off Summer's kitchen/tv studio. I finished the living room, master bedroom, dining room, and main kitchen between naps.🥱😴😁
I almost forgot the breezeway. Well maybe not a true breezeway but that's the best description my brain is capable. I have fallen in love with the aquariums from Syboubou. I used this one as a room divider between the small computer nook and the breezeway

I started a new game. Built my house, fixed the Knotts' house, and made friends with one of the ladies living there.
My sim had to go to the bathroom while she was there, since no one invited her inside, she couldn't use the bathroom. When I went over there I planned on buying a pizza and having her hang out for awhile. But instead I sent her home and figured it was their loss. At home, I had her use the toilet, I fed her, and I had her watch the news on her tv.
Two seconds later the Knotts lady walked in her front door. I decided to roll with it and had my sim talk to her. Then she goes to my sim's bathroom and takes a bath. The words leaving my mouth were, "Who invited you in? "What are you doing? That's my sim's tub!" "I fixed your house! Why are you here?" "Go home!"
Erytheia got a negative Hurt sentiment towards each member of her family because she didn’t get a blessing at the Festival of Youth. I understand having one towards her mum (since Caroline was the parent who took Erytheia and Xanthe to the festival)… but she also got one towards Xanthe, as well as her dad and toddler siblings who weren’t there! Getting one towards her toddler siblings is a bit much. Luckily I was able to get rid of the ones towards Xanthe and her parents by having them apologise to her, but I’m not sure about the toddlers. Guess I’ll have to just ride that one out.
@DaniRose2143 - I didn't do that build @Ellupelluellu is showing in her update, she created that one. I agree she did a fantastic job with it though! I have an Industrial Loft Penthouse I built in the Arts Quarter of SM for my own 2021 challenge Sims that I gave a copy to Ellu. Simon will move into it later.
