First and foremost I would like to Thank my very special friend and partner in crime Cmbaker16! Without her help and input I would not be able to do this exchange! Cm is going to help me out in the background this time. 4. You must make at least one HOMEMADE gift for your buddy. This can be a sim or lot or something NOT bought from the store. You may make as many gifts as you would like and you may gift from your buddies wishlist as long as there is one HOMEMADE gift as well. 5. Absolutely NO CC AT All. I have had trouble in the past with people having CC find it's way into their game who do not want it. I have one game with CC that I play and another game folder just for gifting so this does not happen. Please pay attention to this rule as I would hate someone to not be able to use their gift due to CC. I will be custard checking the gifts. IF YOU NEED HELP WITH HOW TO START A CLEAN NO CC GAME PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL HELP YOU DO THAT.

Carl's Sims 3 Guide -This is a link to the building section of Carl's sims 3 guide it has some nice tutorials and a beginner builder's guide
How Do I Do That -This is a link that I used to find very helpful when I was starting to build and still do sometimes but since I don't visit it as much anymore I'm not sure if it still gets updated but hopefully it's helpful. (When in Doubt I find youtube a very helpful source)

Some of my favorite colors are: I like pastels but dark colors are ok if they go with the build or sim or creations.
I really don't like this color: Neon or bright colors.
I love to use this set: I like them all so i'm not going to pick a particular fave as there's to many to choose from.
I play mostly in this world: Just whatever world I feel like, I like bouncing around each different one so whichever world suits the storyline i have in mind or goes with a certain build i'm working on.
I enjoy this style of build the most: I'm happy with any style as I don't really know all the different styles but one I do like are Gothic Victorians just cause they go really well with the supernaturals which I love.
I really don't want this in my game: CC
I would like lots of the following sizes: No bigger then 50x50 but if needed anything bigger is fine.

I have the following Worlds: All but Roaring Heights, gold of all SP worlds
Some of my favorite Colors are: blue, cool colors and earth tones
I really don't like this Color: none that I dislike so much that I wouldn't want them used
I love to use this set: To name a few favorites, Hewnsman, Japanese Inspired and Bayside. But really all that proves is that I have eclectic tastes and like whatever.
I play mostly in this world: Hidden Springs a little more often than the others, but I'm making a point of exploring all of them, so creations for any world are great.
I enjoy this style of build the most: Again, if I had to name a favorite, I really like craftsman, but I enjoy any style.
I really don't want this in my game: Aside from CC, I'm not picky. I enjoy exploring new aspects of the game. I guess I don't want big households, since I get overwhelmed by having too many sims at once. I usually like to start with one or two sims.

I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc.: I'm not really interested in berry sims, but I don't mind colorful sims, especially if they are occults. It's mostly the same color hair/skin/eyes/clothes that bugs me. I love occults, too.

Other~ (Describe here anything that you would really like.) - I like my sims to have personality, some twist or quirk in their character or a bit of backstory. New places to send my sims around town would be awesome. It's great motivation to not keep them locked up at home all the time. A venue that could be used to host a wedding would be great. I always end up doing private weddings at home because I'm too lazy to set up a proper place for them, but it would be really nice to be able to do a "real" wedding. Some of my favorite skills to play with are alchemy, sculpting, riding and photography. For careers, I really like the ambitions and showtime-style careers. Also, I recently started playing a Going Solo challenge. The link can be found in my signature. If that sparks any ideas for you, I'd love to see what you come up with. Anyway, those are just ideas and suggestions. Whatever you have fun making, I'll have fun playing!

Some of my favorite colors are: My favorite color is purple, any shade of it, really. But I also love blues and greens! Really, I like most colors, but I'm not a big fan of pink or orange, except in moderation. (Sometimes you just really need pink for a girl's room, or orange to go with an autumn theme, or something!)
I really don't like this color: I'm ok with pretty much any colors, but not excessive amounts of pink or orange. Or too-bright neons.
I love to use this set: : I *try* to use most of my store stuff, not always easy, though! I love the vintage themed sets a lot; love the bohemian stuff (both the CAS items and the build stuff!) and I love the art deco stuff. The provence, old town, and nautical sets are some of the others I particularly love.
I play mostly in this world: This changes depending on my mood! Overall, I tend to play store worlds more than expansion worlds. My top faves, in no particular order: Roaring Heights, Dragon Valley, Lucky Palms, and Midnight Hollow. I think what I love about those are the unique atmospheres of them: the art deco style, the celtic vibe, the mid-century style, and the Victorian style. Love all of those! I also really love the cheerful colors in Aurora Skies, the Mediterranean feel of Monte Vista, and the beach-y sun of BB/ST. And the mountain spa atmosphere of Hidden Springs!
I enjoy this style of build the most: I honestly don't think I could pick just one favorite style, since I like so many! As long as the build fits the world it's built in, chances are good I'll love it! Some of my favorites, though, include Victorian, craftsman, Mediterranean, French country, Tudor, and mid-century modern.
I really don't want this in my game: I tend to avoid adding pets to my game, just because they glitch so often on me, for whatever reason. They're so super cute, but I get crazy pets getting themselves into all sorts of unroutable locations! I also tend to avoid families that are *too* big...a full house is just too much chaos to manage easily! And I'm not a huge fan of the simbots/plumbots.
I would like lots of the following sizes: I tend to prefer the more medium sized lots (20x30, 30x30, 40x40) since there usually aren't many larger lots in the worlds, and I try to save those for the things that just won't fit anywhere else! But other sizes are ok, if you're building something that needs a different size!
I enjoy/don't enjoy berry, occult sims, etc: I'm not a really a fan of berry sims, unless they're a fairy or genie or something. But I love the occults! Not a fan of simbots/plumbots, but I love pretty much all the others. (Maybe not the mummies...they're kinda limited in potential). Overall, I usually prefer my human sims to look human...but supernatural sims aren't human, so it's completely acceptable for them to be non-human colors! (Though, my witches and werewolves and vampires do tend to have more human coloring than my fairies, genies, plantsims, and aliens...)
I would/would not enjoy pets in the household: I'd prefer no pets, but occasionally, they're ok. They just have the bad habit of glitching in my game.
Other: Currently, I've been rebuilding a few worlds from the ground up. In Barnacle Bay I've been taking lots of inspiration from GreenCats and her cape cod redo of the town. And catdog123 built me a gorgeous resort to go with it, last gift exchange! I've also been playing around a lot with rebuilding parts of HS, RH, Twinbrook, and an empty custom world I downloaded. I love things that incorporate items from the store venues, since I rarely actually put the venue lots in my towns. My sims tend to be really into gardening/cooking/art, so I love things that go well with those hobbies. I also really love attractive single sims and small families to add to my towns. Usually, I play legacy/family games, with few cheats if any, so more variety in genetics for my many generations to bring into the family is always fun! I'm a southern girl (originally from Louisiana) so things that make me remember home are always nice too! If you're more into CASt than CAS or building, that's awesome too...I'm always interested in seeing the combination of colors and patterns other people create, since they're usually so different from anything I would have thought of!
