OK good, I'm going to catch up on the last few chapters to keep my mind occupied... at the hospital with my grandma I take care of. She fell and hit her head. Please send good vibes that everything internally is OK....

Wishing you well and wishing healing for your grandma .
Thanks @Bugsie2016 and @CathyTea for the well wishes. Her head was OK but she fractured her hip. Doctor said it will heal but can give her nothing but pain meds. Still could have been worse. Here's to the healing ahead.

my dad broke his hip. he was fine. ironically the only reason i remember is because my second niece was born that day. sending good thoughts.
Because it's friday, I thought I'd share this pic of Melete Jr (aka Eulalia or Lia). She's Xelete's second baby. Their first born is on my PTLT thread but I think Lia is the cuter one...

@simscognito@CathyTea Hey guys I want to ask a question. Let say you are in a Gr.11 Science class. You have a laptop due to holding normal writing stuff is difficult. You are studying this couple of weeks the Digestive system. This day the boys (you're a girl) in your class are asking stuff which is off-topic for the unit and you're getting bored by these off-topic questions so you start to play Solitaire instead on your laptop and your Friend (also a girl) who is also in the class rattles your out to the teacher but then the class becomes back *on* topic.. (its either that or it was time to pack up)
What would you have done if you were getting bored by questions which had nothing to do with the unit we currently were in?

do kids still get sick? since seasons i had a lot of sick teens and adults but no sick kids. so i was wondering.
Yes. Sim kids do get sick. They seem to be sensitive to over-medicating, too! Maybe naps work best with kids!
pre seasons my sim kids got sick a lot now it switched to adults and teens i haven't had one sick kid. whats also weird is the day seasons was released alvin threw up and instead of saying ewwwwwwwwwwwwww i cheered. i can't stand that in rl.
I'm sorry about your grandma @TheAemaSimming . Sending positive vibes your way.
Thanks @simscognito. Also I'm glad you updated when you did. Ever since I lurked in Cathytea's book club I actually have a better idea of what's going on and it helped I had a few saved up to read while we waited for X-ray and CT scans.

@TheAemaSimming Ah great. That's good news. Also, if you have anymore questions, you're welcome to ask me. This story has a lot going on and it's very easy to forget details. XD
Oh good luck with that. All the best for you and your grandmother's health.
@Bugsie2016 I'm really enjoying the Canadian show which a modern family gives up their modern life to live in various decades for a week starting with 1940s. (first week 1940-1949, 2nd week 1950-1959, 3rd week 1960-1969, 4th week, 1970-1979-just finished watching it so only 2 decades, left ) I said above when (American) Neil Armstrong landed on the moon-the landing module was made by a Quebec company.
Also @friendsfan367 thanks for the positive vibes sorry I missed it before. We can use all the positive vibes we can get. She has Alzheimer's (I think I mentioned before) so the hardest part is having to remind her every time she wants to get up that walking will hurt. For her it's like the pain comes from nowhere.

Do you also play The Elder Scrolls Online? You can find me there as CathyTea, too!
Just thought I would share a little mini-story / intro to one of the characters from my new story that's coming up soon.
Context: The Bellagio in the story isn't like the real Bellagio in Las Vegas AT ALL.

Aw thanks @Rockannie . This one's probably my shortest chapter.

@Bugsie2016 aww very cute picture of Lia.

Thanks! Lia is my favourite of the Xelete nooboos.
She does have incredible character to her doesn't she? XD
She's a mini Mel with red hair. If you changed her hair to black, you'd have toddler Mel. Look at any toddler pics of Mel, then look at Lia.
