Well... level 4 is quite mean to me. I had $200 000 but my surgeon and researcher quit on me, level 4 you need to train new doctors and you can't hire ones with specifications, so I managed to do pretty well but couldn't get the hospital's value up by sending 50% of my patients home lol

Before you start the hospital hire lots of random drs and any consultants with specialisms-build the training centre first and put them to work while you build the hospital. Remember to build a staff room so when they get tired they'll have somewhere to go. I always build a research lab and put a researcher in ASAP and whack up the diagnosis and cure research time to 50/50. Don't worry about the rest until later

I'm on level 5.
I literally have no clue what I am doing, I had like 20 people die because my doctors like to wander around and never attend them.
