Disaster just struck. My external HD fell on the floor and now it won't open! It has EVERYTHING on it. Literally. I'm about to cry.
@donnabailey So funny, that. Our families sound similar then. My two older sisters were 8 and 7 years older than me. I became an aunt at 16 and now a great-aunt, which is making me feel much older than I am I'm unsettled at the news about my niece, I think she's way too young and not at all ready to be a mom... but that's beside the point
As for Savannah and her (mis) adventures, I have a blog site where you can sort of play 'catch up' with this family. I have it on Blogspot but I'm thinking of moving it to a higher traffic site like wordpress or tumblr. She was born to my sim Nathan and my friend's self sim.
Falling behind is easy to do on this thread I've just about given up on keeping up.

I graduated from HS in the mid 80's if that's any indication of my age... I remember when Christmas came around and what seemed like every mother was trying to get 1 or 2 of them for their kids that there were fights in the stores over the dolls... I did get me Gizmo the Gremlin which is from another favorite movie of mine 'Gremlins'... Now I still have Gizmo to this day...

I have an idea for just the guy :cough: @CravenLestat :cough. Tammy is quite the ugly sim and being a werewolf can only help her looks. It is too bad you didn't get the shot of the look on Harold's face, it does sound like it would have been an awesome addition to your story. I hate it when I realize I've missed an awesome expression and have no idea how to duplicate it. So aggravating. Haha, yes my niece was rather befuddled at me singing in Simlish. But then my family already knows I'm a bit coocoo, and they just kind of go with the flow for the most part. Jeffrey Dean sim does look like Neagan a bit. I love Watchmen, the first time I saw it I had no idea who JDM was and it took me ages to realize it wasn't Richard Downey Jr. lol. I thought they looked alike then, but now I think JDM looks way more like Javier Bardem. They could play twins! And I agree with you re: body hair. Maybe it's being a child of the 70s ("Hair! Long, beautiful Hair! ... as long as God can grow it" a million awesomes to anyone who gets that reference) but I LIKE body hair on men. It's manly! I can't figure out why shaving one's body hair seems to be so in among young men now. It's puzzling.

So this is the deal. After posting my feedback this morning I ate toast and then about 30 minutes later was blindsided by the stomach flu from Hades. I'm so glad I didn't have bacon and eggs. Blarg. So now I am in bed with the covers pulled up and wondering what to do. I loaded up my Betty save and sat and stared at it for 5 minutes before closing it out again without ever unpausing it. I'm at a crossroads here and not sure if the way I've gone and the fork in the road I've taken is the right one. I want to do right by Betty! And since I apparently have the attention span of a hyperactive goldfish, my mind immediately starting thinking of @CravenLestat 's rags to riches story and @Charlottesmom 's 4x4 challenge and spent another five minutes unable to decide which one to do. So I've decided to do both. And that is where I suppose I'll end this rambling pointless message. So no more Betty for a bit. Unless I change my mind again, which again, hyperactive goldfish. I look forward to playing my homeless sim Tracey Parker Porter and his faithful companion Dogmeat again. I haven't decided whether to make a sim for the 4x4 challenge or choose a random townie, but either way I'm going to get some play time today.

Rules You only get two claw machine items a day,not attempts cause you drop stuff and fail but you got to at least get/acquire an item.
Cannot make money any other way
No burglar alarm/bonehilda allowed in your house.
Reason you only get two..Claw machine can give you large cash amounts in money bags but you also run the risk of getting those sorry toys or teddy bears etc.Seriously can get 3,000 dollars in a money bag 2K etc and more.

Okay so after I'm done inside of the science with my day job, I decided to build a snowman right outside by the door while I'm waiting to go to my lecture...
So I go to the lecture hall building and see Jeffery Dean leaving his lecture class running right pass me...
So I go inside and find my seat so that I can take notes while I'm here... It would seem as Eddy is either bored already or he didn't get any sleep last night...lol
Well let me take some notes to study later for this class...
So while I was in class, I had my little spy, the Sim God go and spy on Brian to see what he was up to while I'm in class today. I haven't yet seen Brian face to face since being here this semester and I'm not sure too sure that I really want to since finding out that he kissed a guy last semester. I don't think that I want to be in a relationship with a guy who is either into guys or goes both ways as that isn't my cup of tea.
So Brian was at home standing on the front porch with Paul Biden doing nothing but just standing staring at each other.
Then Brian leaves to go out somewhere while I was in class. He hasn't called me back since Sunday evening to see if I had arrived safely to my dorm which is just fine by me as I really don't want to confront him just yet.
So my spy followed him to The Grotto where he had went to use the men's bathroom and then did the school cheer with Steve Texas. These 2 seem to be getting along this semester even though Steve had insulted Brian last semester but I guess Brian must had forgiven him of it.
Then they started talking about the weather and all of the snow that we've been getting this semester...
Then Debbie Richards came out of the Ladies bathroom and starts doing the school cheer with Brian next...
So then Brian decides to play a little pool while some random sim goes streaking pass him...
I get back to my dorm and I received a text from Ashley DeSorrento inviting me to her party, so I accept. I thought that I had heard that Brian was going to be there as well be he didn't make it which is good as I didn't want to see him there.
AD: Thank you for coming to my party Lisa... SS: You're welcome and thank you for inviting me to the party Ashley... AD: Hey Lisa, can you help me with my keg stand? SS: Sure I'll help you... AD: Thank you Lisa... SS: You're welcome Ashley...
So I ended up dropping Ashley by mistake but didn't get a picture of it as it didn't look right with Jeffery Dean standing right where Ashley fell at and when she stood up, her head was right through JD's lower half of him... So then Billie Jean Sparks comes walking into the room...
So then Jeffery Dean helps Ashley this time with the keg stand while I was swooning over him...
SS in her sexiest voice: Oh Jeffery, can you help me with my keg stand next? JD: OH um, sure I can help you with your keg stand... SS in her sexiest voice: Thank you there gorgeous... JD blushing: Okay Lisa, I'm going to lift you up now, okay? SS: Sure Jeffery, I'm ready...

SS thinking to herself: WHOA, I feel a little dizzy. I don't know if it's the juice or standing this close to Jeffery Dean that's making me feel like this. Or, it could be both.
Jeffery Dean goes downstairs, so I followed him down and start doing the smustle while he watches me...
So then everyone else comes downstairs. And we have another streaker running around the house...
I then convince Jeffery to come and dance with me...
Jeffery seems to have gotten into the groove...
So then I leave to go home after doing some streaking of my own in hopes that Jeffery Dean was still there to see me but he had already left as he was tired. So I get back to my dorm to find that I have some mail in the box to get. I received 2 love letters, 1 from Donny and the other one is from @CravenLestat...
So I go inside to find Tammy Parker eating at the table like the dog she is...lol
So while I was outside, I had checked the board for more day jobs and things to do for my social groups. So the social job is to scare someone at the Roasted Toasted Beans Coffee Shop with the megaphone. So I go up to Claudio Gross to do a loud introduction and it would seem that we have hearts for one another...lol
Then as I was walking away, Claudio takes me picture next...
Then I start to rant about love and relationships again...lol
Then I proclaim my love for Jeffery Dean whom I didn't know was standing right behind me...
@CravenLestat Got Tracey and Dogmeat all settled in in Twinbrook. I forgot how few empty lots there are. Had to demolish the equestrian center to place Varg's. First haul: vampire teddy$50. Second haul: money bag $281. Gonna be fun!

Okay so after I'm done inside of the science with my day job, I decided to build a snowman right outside by the door while I'm waiting to go to my lecture...
So I go to the lecture hall building and see Jeffery Dean leaving his lecture class running right pass me...
So I go inside and find my seat so that I can take notes while I'm here...
Well let me take some notes to study later for this class...
So while I was in class, I had my little spy, the Sim God go and spy on Brian to see what he was up to while I'm in class today. I haven't yet seen Brian face to face since being here this semester and I'm not sure too sure that I really want to since finding out that he kissed a guy last semester. I don't think that I want to be in a relationship with a guy who is either into guys or goes both ways as that isn't my cup of tea.
So Brian was at home standing on the front porch with Paul Biden doing nothing but just standing staring at each other.
Then Brian leaves to go out somewhere while I was in class. He hasn't called me back since Sunday evening to see if I had arrived safely to my dorm which is just fine by me as I really don't want to confront him just yet.
So my spy followed him to The Grotto where he had went to use the men's bathroom and then did the school cheer with Steve Texas. These 2 seem to be getting along this semester even though Steve had insulted Brian last semester but I guess Brian must had forgiven him of it.
Then they started talking about the weather and all of the snow that we've been getting this semester...
Then Debbie Richards came out of the Ladies bathroom and starts doing the school cheer with Brian next...
So then Brian decides to play a little pool while some random sim goes streaking pass him...
I get back to my dorm and I received a text from Ashley DeSorrento inviting me to her party, so I accept. I thought that I had heard that Brian was going to be there as well be he didn't make it which is good as I didn't want to see him there.
AD: Thank you for coming to my party Lisa...
SS: You're welcome and thank you for inviting me to the party Ashley...
AD: Hey Lisa, can you help me with my keg stand?
SS: Sure I'll help you...
AD: Thank you Lisa...

So I ended up dropping Ashley by mistake but didn't get a picture of it as it didn't look right with Jeffery Dean standing right where Ashley fell at and when she stood up, her head was right through JD's lower half of him...
So then Jeffery Dean helps Ashley this time with the keg stand while I was swooning over him...
SS in her sexiest voice: Oh Jeffery, can you help me with my keg stand next?
JD: OH um, sure I can help you with your keg stand...
SS in her sexiest voice: Thank you there gorgeous...
JD blushing: Okay Lisa, I'm going to lift you up now, okay?
SS: Sure Jeffery, I'm ready...
JD: There you go, all done now...

SS thinking to herself: WHOA, I feel a little dizzy. I don't know if it's the juice or standing this close to Jeffery Dean that's making me feel like this. Or, it could be both.
Jeffery Dean goes downstairs, so I followed him down and start doing the smustle while he watches me...
So then everyone else comes downstairs. And we have another streaker running around the house...
I then convince Jeffery to come and dance with me...
Jeffery seems to have gotten into the groove...
So then I leave to go home after doing some streaking of my own in hopes that Jeffery Dean was still there to see me but he had already left as he was tired. So I get back to my dorm to find that I have some mail in the box to get. I received 2 love letters, 1 from Donny and the other one is from @CravenLestat...
So I go inside to find Tammy Parker eating at the table like the dog she is...lol
So while I was outside, I had checked the board for more day jobs and things to do for my social groups. So the social job is to scare someone at the Roasted Toasted Beans Coffee Shop with the megaphone. So I go up to Claudio Gross to do a loud introduction and it would seem that we have hearts for one another...lol
Then as I was walking away, Claudio takes me picture next...
Then I start to rant about love and relationships again...lol
Then I proclaim my love for Jeffery Dean whom I didn't know was standing right behind me...
