Those two ladies are both able to become the next heiress (generation six). They are cousins. And totally beautiful. Don't say anything on the contrary!
I am sorry I am a little quiet. This week is the anniversary of losing my friend. Do me a favour-make sure you tell everyone that you care about that you love them and give them a hug if possible. Sometimes you never know what is coming and when all is said and done-all that matters in life is love. All the little irritations, upsets and bad things boil down to nothing in comparison.

My condolences to you for the loss of your friend. I personally know how hard the anniversaries of losing loved ones can be.
This is why my BF and I say "I love you" to each other every night before we go to sleep, and hug each other tightly when we meet up and later leave each other for the day. It's not pleasant to think about, but you never know how much time you have left.

Well, I like to play female sims that have strong wills, and err..jawlines too. And, big is beautiful...didn't someone sing a song about 'big bottoms' They are both awesome and beautiful!
@sennie Thanks and I think they enjoyed playing with the bubble machine since I couldn't get the stage working properly in the upstairs of the venue.
@sparkfairy1 Amen to that and wishing I lived closer so I could give you that big hug. Remembrance is good though, sad, but good. But, I can say that I love you. You've been a big inspiration to me and thank you for that!
Thank you all for the warm welcomes Most of my sims 4 data got deleted a few months back, so most of my families are gone, but i've been playing a save as a homeless child named Ruby recently. She doesn't have any family, but she does have friends.
Here she is playing with the Windenburg kids (She's the redhead):
She also became friends with a child that I put into the world for her. He doesn't have the most stable home life, but they're always there for each other.
On an unrelated note, what is it about Ruby that makes people's houses catch fire? It happened over at the Villareals as well, and the Landgraabs. The Geoffrey in that save is no longer with us. I considered swiping his tombstone, but decided that would be a bit rude considering Ruby had already robbed them several times.
Here are the most recent sims I've made in Sims 4, although I don't know what I want to do with any of them yet.
Kae Lily Rosebel and Akira Taryn Aoki. One of the few times I intentionally tried to make a sim of a certain race. Akira is supposed to be Japanese-American.
(Note: "Kae Lily" is her first name. "Lily" isn't her middle name.)
Madeleine Montoya, because I like bunny ears. No, she wasn't based on an "adult" type of bunny!
And Caylee Sorbet. She and Madeleine aren't related.
@bekkasan no, I did not recognize the house! I'm glad you liked it. I don't have too many sims in my studio and beware of the colorful ones since I used CC skins on those. They were made before EA put the colors in the skin panel selector. I really should just go delete those from my studio.
Anyway, sim-making isn't really my thing, but I do like to build on occasion. In case you're interested, I use Rflong7's Glenvale County as a build world because it's full of empty lots of various sizes and they're completely flat, which makes them much more versatile for placing in a variety of worlds later. There are a few RHs placed so you could even use it to test the lots if you wanted to.

This thread gets off topic every so often. Most of us (I think) don't really mind because it tends to be peaceful here.
I too am a family player I have been since the original sims and I've tried to grow with each new version. What bothers me the most about Sims in general be it 2, 3, or 4 is that they always take it back to the bare bones playing single 20 somethings. Its all about the parties and single life. I see that in huge doses in Sims4. Sims3 was the same for a long time till the toddlers and pets and more of that family dynamic finally started to play in. I know its all a game of patience and they will bring the family, toddlers, teens, pets and I dearly hope the rural life back into focus. I was excited to see the new multitasking and personalities; the thought of that coming to what we had in sims3 made me jump for joy. The reality of Sims4 is just very depressing for a generational family player like many of us are. Sims has been in play since 2000 in 16 years and now 4 versions. Sims like humans do eventually grow out of the single frat/sorority 20 something stage and a family does grow. I have faith and hope.
I agree 100%, I am so not into the Frat/Party Type stuff, I Want My Family play back, but I will try and wait and see what happens, I just hope all my wait is not a waste of My precious time, cause I could of bought different games, but I chose to buy Sims 4 , hoping it would be like the rest for Family, again only time will tell.

@Gruffman I don't think that one like and an awesome means the post was well received by most people on this thread, although I can't speak to how much others enjoyed the post. You get people trying to link to random stuff on a lot of threads.
Though I do want to get back to talking about family play, so...more Sims 2!

After her birthday, I switched over to one of the Capp households.

Hal and Ariel grew up on the same day, but I only got to Ariel in time. Hal grew up while Albany was holding Ariel at the cake.
Here they are at their next stages. Hal as a teenager and Ariel as a child. They get along well.
Then, Desdemona's birthday came. I had everyone in formal wear and I loved Ariel's dress!

I want Belinda and Desdemona to be a couple, so they both needed to be teens. They were already best friends as kids, so it wasn't hard to get them together.

Puck is an adult, but his girlfriend, Hermia, is still a teenager, so I switched the Capp household next to Albany's family to play with them. First thing I did was have the household learn some cooking skill. What is it with these big families and no one having any cooking skill?!
Tybalt learned when he came back from fighting with Romeo. They all had macaroni that night.
Hermia is the youngest, so I couldn't celebrate her birthday without going through Tybalt's and Juliette's too.
I got Desdemona and Ariel to come around for Tybalt's birthday.
Juliette's birthday. She had platinum aspiration, but she didn't look so happy to be an adult.
Between his children's birthdays, Consort was promoted to business tycoon and got a $35,000 bonus from an opportunity.
Finally, Hermia's birthday came!
Now that Hermia was an adult, she and Puck could get back to loving! Heaven knows Puck was happy!

Sim families from ALL games are welcome here to show off what we want from family play and how we even define the word. @elanorbreton and some others, including me, post pictures of their TS4 game and they get as well received as the rest. No one is judging us for liking certain aspects of the newest iteration or for buying content. There is no need to act like TS4 fans are unwelcome here, just because there are also dissatisfied members around. If you want to participate, you just might need to learn to not take critisicm of the GAME personal, because it is not directed at you!

No. This thread shouldn't move and you should post here It doesn't matter what Sims game you like whether it's 1, 2, 3 or 4, sparkfairy created this thread ages ago and since then so many people have chatted here about The Sims and have discussed their own personal things, usually when they get the "family atmosphere" feeling which I get when I'm here
You helped me so I'm returning the favour @Gruffman look back through the pages and you will see that there is also another member of this thread who plays The Sims 4, and they post their pictures here for all of us to look at and enjoy
I play The Sims 4, not as often as I should but I am still eager for a bit more family play and toddlers and unlike on other threads, you can talk about The Sims 4 and how much you like it, becauser here, everyone will have a friendly chat instead contradicting you with why The Sims 3 or 2 is better
