Morning! Thanks for the good wishes. I am feeling better and survived my first day back at work....well sorta. I fell out a doorway leaving a clients home. The stoop was further down than normal and my ankle twisted as I went off balance. Landed on left knee, right side. Skinned my knee, strained my foot, otherwise ok, just wanted the ground to swallow me up. (I miss the blushing smiley) I was soooooo embarrassed. This morning a little sore in weird places, foot a bit painful, but no swelling. The really weird...but, good part is the shooting electrical pains in my neck are better so maybe God jogged something back in place with the fall!!! Fingers crossed, and prayers said that it is not just a fluke. Hope y'all have a great day stalking the DD and lots of good deals. I got one ad this am when I logged in.

Well they do say he works in mysterious ways, anyway glad the fall wasn't too bad and your ego got bashed more than your body (believe me we have all done it, I fell on my way up to speak at a science conference when I was representing my country as a student- talk about an ego bashing)

In simming news Rusty Pines is now the proud owner of Pangu's axe (and I didn't cheat or look up the net once to do temple of heaven, (so pleased with myself)) and his home is starting to look really kicking (yip I said kicking- weird nineties flashback).

@wittanthony1 - Looks good. My only suggestion is that you can go ahead get the full price for the "up next" items early from their pages and plug that in. That helps since we have to make sure the full price is correct on the spreadsheet (and the prices change more often than seems necessary.) Thank you for posting deals!

I need help with buying Sim Points. My son was 60 points shy of Make Me An Offer. However, the loading screen for buying sim points is taking forever to load and the offer will expire in less than an hour, now. Is there a number to call to expedite this process. Thank you in advance.

I've had issues with purchasing sim points, but mostly because it won't accept my regular credit card (which works everywhere else) so I have to use paypal or buy EA cash cards. It's very annoying and made me miss an awesome offer back when MMAO had the 3x discounts.
How far along in the process are you? If you haven't put in any payment information yet you can try reloading the screen you are on.

Trithone, thank you for responding. My son was able to purchase the MMAO . However, it will not load. He gets a tiny message squashed in the right hand corner that would open to download but there is no button to click and the squashed message will not move to be useable. The MMAO was for Midnight Hollow and got a sim point bundle with Monte Vista but neither will download. Is there a number for customer service?

That might be US only (I really don't know how EA CS works since I traditionally avoid it and will spend days looking for other solutions.) I found it by going to the sims 3 site, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking on Help.
In the meantime, have you tried going to your son's Purchase History in the store? You might be able to get to the purchases and download them from there.

Trithone, thank you so much for your help. I got a hold of a live person and he walked us through all the steps to resolve the issues my son was having. After we resolved those, downloading was a breeze. He was such a nice guy. Again, thank you for your advice.
