Am I the only one who is not impressed? This is recycled footage. And by the way, 85% of what is shown, is possible in previous sims games (basegames!). I feel like there is nothing new and exiting about this generation of the sims!
Unfortunately, I was thinking they actually released a *new* gameplay video, as the recent amount of posts mentioning that it was highly suspicious we have yet to see anything else about the game(minus what was shown at E3)and its due to release within a couple months....and we're still in the grey about what is really in the game.....BUT....they give us a video with re-h a s h e d scenes of what has already been shown.....just in different sequences.... :evil:
I'm happy with the trailer, it looks good. But I was hoping for like 5 minutes of live mode gameplay, not bits and pieces in a 1 minute video. ): I have still not made a decision to buy the game or not based on this video.

Nope, I'm not impressed either. The Sims 2 game footage and renders looked awesome at the time too and a lot wasn't actual gameplay.
Yup, I mean I still loved 2 of course but the trailers made me think of it as so much more ahead of its time. I still remember when the kid was swinging from the chandelier and sliding down the stairs. To this day even though I don't play it anymore it's still a shame that never was added.
It's just a typical trailer that's all it is. I don't know how we're supposed to get excited about this when we haven't seen any actual gameplay.
I really hope there is a way to disable those wrestling masks and/or take townies into CAS to remove them. I think they're completely ridiculous, and I don't want to see people fishing in astronaut suits or playing chess in luchadora masks in my game.

I do believe they're supposed to be a representation of old-school Mexican wrestlers. I find them kinda amusing.
