how do I add this pet store to an existing game/town? Do I have to start over a new game? I have the LE store but I started by game before installing the LE content.
i baught the sims3 plus pets. i thought it was something different, not realizing, it was the sims3 witch i already have, ican't enter the coad for the pet store because there nowhere for me to do that, what can i do?
Ya i got a question... i bought the limited edition store and after a few plays it went weird like some stuff disapeared like the cash register and some rugs, and decorations, and now i can't buy from the store what do i do?
Ok was able to finaly regester my TheSims3 Pets Expasion pack.So where do i go to put the pet store on my saved games?Or do i have to uninstall everything to get the pet store?
I have a HUGE problem. So, I was downloading some cc from the sims 3 website and while I was downloading it stopped at 85%. I waited and waited for it to load. After 3 days and 2 nights I was fed up. But here's the thing, I can't quit the sims 3 or cancel my downloading, there for I can not shut down my computer because my mac insist that I shut down sims 3. I even took out the disc but nothing happened HELP!!! Has this ever happened to any of you guys?!?! :!:
I have the pet store in my purchase history and the launcher also says it's installed in the game. So where is it? Community lots? Houses? Where? It's nowhere to be found. Some help please would be appreciated. Thanks. :?
I do not like the new pet store item because in the Sims 2 (I know what you are thinking, "Oh here we go". Just hear me out please:) ) They incorporated Pets in the store literally. I like that concept a lot. Only wish they did it for the limited edition Sims 3 Pet Store. :P

The pet store is a lot so its in the community lot library. You can also build your own and place the pet store register in there.

Anyone missing their Pets items or their collection folder? I no longer have the pet store or the option to change a community lot to a pet store. My collections folder is also empty. Any suggestions? I just got a new computer and I also reset my old computer to factory settings. Neither of the computers have the lot for the pet store or the option to change the community type to pet store.
Any ideas on how to get this stuff back? I have all the SP's and EP's except Townlife. I used digital downloads on Origin for all but the Sims3, which I used the disc for. All the SP's and EP's downloaded and installed to the Origin Games folder instead of Electronic Arts, which is where the base game installed to. I have no MODS (although I want to get some, but scared I will put them in the wrong place and mess up my gameplay) a little CC, all of which are identified in the launcher by type(a couple of patterns and tattoos).
Aside from a little choppy play, so far no other issues on my new computer. I believe that is due to the graphic settings on the launcher. I have tried a couple of different ones, but haven't located a setting I like which allows the smooth rendering I'm used to.
Thanks to any able to assist.

I bought The Sims 3 plus Pets from Origin on the 13th March at half price (Yay! I couldn't have afforded it otherwise). I downloaded it and registered. At first I thought I was going to get the atomic pet bed and some other bits and pieces, then on my download page it showed the pet shop. I followed all the download instructions.
And after a helpful reply to another post I did somewhere else I thought I knew where to find it. The petshop shows on the download section in The Sims 3 Launcher, but I can't see it anywhere in the community lots or the library section. I've got the petshop register, and cute paw shape windows but I can't see the pet shop itself.
EDIT: I tried installing it again, the game said it was already installed, I looked up the community lots and there it was! I haven't tried visiting it yet.
HI sorry about posting something that has almost nothing to do with the Sims 3 Pets.BUT PLEASE keep reading because I really need help with this:
It is too late to return the World Adventures Expansion Pack so I was wondering if there was any way to fix this glitch.
So, if my sims go on a vacation, they will disappear when they get there and I would not be allowed to select anything and my game is ruined. Has this happened to anyone?
Will this happen to me on the Pets Expansion Pack too?
Thanks and sorry, this is the only way I could reach anyone
PLEASE MAKE THE WEBSITE WORK AGAIN!! IVE BOUGHT A BUNCH OF STUFF OFF THE STORE FROM MY ACCOUNT ON MY DADS COMP AND THE WEBSITE WORKED FINE BUT IT WONT WORK ON MINE!! AND ITS NOT THE INTERNET CONNECTION CAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE! PPPPLLLEEEEEAAAASSEEEE FIIIXXX THHHIIISSSS IIIMMMM DYYYIIINNNGGG!!
Is everyone who purchased the Sims 3 Plus Pets supposed to get the Pet Store? Or was there a limited edition of that? I got the Sims 3 Plus Pets but no pet store. Didn't receive any info about it when I was registering and no insert about it either.
Ok, I got the Limited Edition for XBox but not for pc (I have the Standard Edition for Pc) But I have the pet shop in my pc game... how does that make sence?
hi does the sims 3 pets limited edition have a run out date sort of thing does redeeming the store run out, like if i were to get the sims 3 pets limited edition brand new on ebay would i still be able to get the pet store?? please reply asap!!!!
OMG I got this game today, the limited edition, and I installed it right. I entered both codes and my petshop and other limited edition items aren't there. They aren't even in my purchase history. I want to call EA, but I can't find the phone number. Does anyone else have this? I got the pets, just not the limited edition stuff. I'm just frustrated because I went to 3 stores to find the limited edition version.
Yesterday I bought the limited edition pets expansion pack and I registered it with the serial code, assuming that the red limited edition code would be entered somewhere else. I registered the normal one online last night, and this morning I registered it on the site, but this time with the limited edition code and it took it, but I still don't see the items in my Purchase History, and I would really like some help. Also, last night after I put in the normal code, it told me that the items would be in my Purchase History, but they never appeared so I registered it with the limited edition one to see if that would work.
The problem is that they took out the area in PetsRedeem to input the Limited Edition code. You can tell because ShowtimeRedeem has an area for inputting the Showtime Limited Edition code.
They need to put that area back in because the pamphlet with the code says that the code expires in October of this year, so they should allow to get it until then. Has anyone got word from anyone about this problem?
Comments
Can we buy/buold pets in the petsotre like we could in Sims 2 :?:
Graham's Pet Store is the ONLY ITEM that I can't 'CLICK FOR DETAILS'.
Can anyone with the shop redeamed confirm this? Or is there something wrong with it for me?
PS: It still works to download and place in the game. But I find the above, annoying.
The pet store is a lot so its in the community lot library. You can also build your own and place the pet store register in there.

Got the same problem!
Please help if you can! Thanks!
They need to put that area back in because the pamphlet with the code says that the code expires in October of this year, so they should allow to get it until then. Has anyone got word from anyone about this problem?
