502 Bad Gateway Trying to Login to Sims 3 Store

I cannot log in to the Launcher through the button on the Welcome tab or on the Downloads tab. It just comes back with the login information populated and doesn't log in.

I went to store.thesims3.com and tried to log in there. I got the error "502 Bad Gateway". I don't get any errors attempting to log in with the launcher, but I suspect that the error on the Sims 3 Store is the reason I can't log in with the launcher. Can someone at EA do their magic to allow us to log in to the store again?

I have already done the following:
cleared the cache including cookies on both IE and Chrome (I don't have Edge installed on this PC)
completely killed the EA App using Task Manager
I am running the EA App as administrator

I have a PC with Windows 10
