Turns out, game is currently tuned in such a way that while offering 10 massages to the same person is not required (due to a missing link), you'd have to max relationship with a customer npc who's also an aspiring self-care specialist (and since npc aspirations aren't recognized, result will always be false). And should you manage to get the required relationship bit, your sim will glitch out when asking for another massage (because wrong type of relbit is used).

I know for the vampire aspiration that kept resetting the number of days as a vampire, some people manually counted the number of days and then cheated the aspiration. Would you be willing to do the same and cheat the aspiration goal once you gave enough massages? Or do you consider that too much cheating ?

Waiting all those days to complete the vampire aspirations gave Callisto enough time to pursue a hobby. She started writing novels and here she is reading her latest bestseller: 'Who is the vampire hunter?'
As the story continues: Melody, one of Callisto's childhood friends read her novels and realised Callisto was in a very dark place. She persuaded Callisto to move to sunny Sulani with her to find herself again. She is cured from vampirism and I have given her a little make over. Next on my list are the beach life and wellness aspirations.
This is an Awesome Idea! The Outdoor Retreat aspiration is seasonal, but adjusting the seasons won't help with everything. The location aspiration for City Living is particularly difficult because the Aspiration is dependent on when Festivals take place.
For some of the nature aspirations and athletic aspirations, I would recommend turning a sim into a mermaid or merman. The ability to control the weather and the natural ability to develop fitness are extremely helpful.
One way weather control helps is it can water all the plants or clear the bad weather while camping. Summoning a Rain Storm can extinguish camp fires and cool lava rocks. Breaking lava rocks is a great way to collect crystals and fossils.
Merfolk are very good at getting rid of fat and are often found at the gym. Swimming builds fitness and merfolk can't drown while building the skill. It'll speed things up with that aspiration.
If you pursue romance or creative aspirations, the Siren Lullabies are exceptionally helpful for setting the mood.

I finally managed to complete the last wellness aspiration, the self care specialist. It has taken me SOOOO long and now, within an hour after posting about struggling with this aspiration, I completed it. I am so happy, I just had to share.
I did use simvasion's fix for the aspiration and had just started considering cheating the regular customer goal due to being bugged. And then it suddenly ticks off after giving Victor Feng yet another massage on top of many yoga sessions.
After doing the spa day aspirations I can say I definitely prefer aspirations with different levels because it gives more sense of progression when you reach a next level. Goals like Find Peaceful Surroundings (inner peace), comfort others (zen guru), become a spa regular (self care specialist) and regular customer (self care specialist) take way too long due to what looks like an invisible cool down.
Well done @Atreya33 your sim is doing amazing. I will definitely have to update this soon, I see we are getting more aspirations with future patches as well. I just need to finish my 100 baby challenge, I have 51 now so just over halfway

Does your Sim desire to be a Self Care Specialist, but they are having trouble managing to keep regular clients so they never achieve this goal? It should be resolved now, so go get it, get it, get it.
@kusurusu just a thought but maybe you can remove the reward trait from the serial romantic aspiration while completing the new deviant aspiration and then put it back in after you have finished.
I know you want to play without cheats but you would not be adding any traits your sim didn't earn. It is up to you if that would be too cheaty or if it counts as a work around.
Wanna know how fast I completed the other two VV tasks? Well, all I had to do was to greet them with rose petals (Enchanting Introduction) and then ask to be her boyfriend before breaking up immediately after. As for the 10 couples, every single Sim I asked to end their marriage happily agreed to do so (unlike those I asked to switch career).
