WOOT! Gifting time! I am still working on a few polishing things but hoping to post my gift to my buddy later today. So excited to see what everyone as made, as well as to snag/borrow other people's gifts! It is after all some of my favorite thing of these exchanges!
Ciane I love the Lucky Dog, it is packed full of fun things for Simmers to do. I also enjoyed reading your walk-through on your blog about the build. It is really nicely done I have rec'd, favorited and snagged for later use! Great job!
Lady Emi, Love your fun Sims sadly when I tried to give them a rec I got a broken link. I love the fun names and bright colors of these Sims - very nicely done.
@ciane ~ What a fun casino! Lots to do and everything is spread out so that none of the levels will get too crowded with sims. A security booth is such a clever idea.

MoonandStars, when I found out you were my secret buddy I knew I had to pull out all the stops. I have never played with Fairies, so this was a challenge for me. I am not use to them wanting to always be in the little fairy house and drinking the punch. If I take the fairy house away they get all depressed.
So your first gift is the family, Jeannie, Alceed, Tamisha, Terry Lynn, Zoey the cat. Please enjoy this little story to kind of give you an idea of how it all started.
Let me introduce to you Tamisha, she is a fun loving fairy who for the longest time thought her world would never be the same. She had always thought it would be just her and her mother Jeannie. It had always been just her and her mom. They moved to Midnight Hollow for Jeannie's new job. Tamisha didn't like the change and was always begging to go back to Sunset Valley where all her friends were.
It wasn't long until Jeannie started dating Alceed Cassidy. He was in the police force and wants to be a DNA Profiler. Alceed had spent all his free time with Jeannie and was trying to be a good friend to Tamisha. Alceed moved in with them and that's when Tamisha noticed that things would change forever. He would change her life forever.
Alceed asked Jeannie to marry him after he found out she was pregnant. Tamisha started pulling away from her mother and doing things on her own. She found a kitten and named her Zoey. Her and Zoey would go on adventures around town and try to find ways to get into trouble just so that her mother would pay attention to her.
Tamisha would often wished that Alceed would just go away, she didn't like him and didn't want him to take Jeannie's attention away from her. She didn't like the fact that he was going to soon be her step-father, and she really didn't like the fact that her mom was going to have a baby. That would mean more time away from her. That would mean another mouth to feed. It would mean sharing her room, her toys, her mom.
Jeannie and Alceed got married in a private ceremony, it was suppose to be outside...but Alceed couldn't wait and they got married in the bedroom. Soon after they got married Jeannie went into labor and had a son. She named her son Terry Lynn.
Tamisha was not happy at all. She now had a baby brother that would take all the time and attention away. Terry would turn out to be her best friend. As Terry turned into a toddler him and Tamisha would become best friends. Tamisha would spend her free time with Terry teaching him to play with the blocks.
As Tamisha was coming home one day she found a parrot and decided to befriend him and bring him home. So now Tamisha had a kitten named Zoey and a Parrot named Lucky.
So now a family of 4, with a new life ahead of them will things work out and will they stay a family or does Tamisha still have other plans? That choice is up to you.

@djsdragongirl Though I love Tamisha's beautiful pink winks, I can't help help but be insanely curious about all the wonderful buildings in the flicker background I don't suppose the family has room to fit little old me in there with them?
@Ciane I love the stage and all the exterior architectural elements (especially the parking arrows) are as inventive and creative as always. If there's anywhere I'd want to go bankrupt and launch myself on an irrecoverable gambling spiral it would be there

The Berry Bake & Cafe. It's functional as both a restaurant and a Cafe. It became a bit gimmick-y when a Teppanyaki grill was added, but Elder's Bakery Cafe just wasn't what it used to be. She plans on passing the reins over to Bleu, if it survives long enough to.

First, @LadyEmillye - Your berry family, restaurant, and homes are all amazing. I love the names! ELDER Berry is a perfect name for an elder sim and I love Blue Berry! Strawberry Cloud is a perfect little angel in looks and I'm sure in disposition too. Who wouldn't want to run a restaurant, right? And, I love that you have all the baking options in their home. I also love that your jewelry furnace doubles as a fireplace. I never thought to do that!
@AlphaFen - I am so happy that you are my buddy! That is awesome. I saw the house on my page before popping over here to check the thread. It is the perfect house for me. I LOVE it. I love the loft and spiral stairs and the ins and outs to the shape and mix of textures and colors! It's just perfect and I'll be moving a sim in soon to play there. I particularly love the way you placed the windows and have an open feel with that fencing. I also really love the blue rose! Nice touch!
