He looks much better as a teenager than a child. I think he looks like a Marine now! I signed him up for a part-time patrolman job in preparation for his future job as a private investigator.
I also got my i7 processor installed, and I noticed a faster difference in the Sims and my other games. *happy dance*

I was having so much difficulty in my game that I finally gave up on Alpine County. It is very pretty but I need to play a smaller household in that world on my computer.
I was getting Error 12 a lot and had to close and reload after each save to avoid it even though I'd put my graphics down to Low for Everything.
I merged my two households to save them to the library without having to use NRAAS porter mod and then saved their house separately as well.
I launched Riverview.
I removed the huge horse equestrian center from the spare 64x64 lot in the farming part of the world.
Then I added some extra lots because I needed more of various sizes and placed both of my Savvy Seller stores. I needed to add one lot for the Blue Building which I placed next to the Carters Corner Store.
I placed the fusion lounge from Sunset Valley Second Edition Final. It needs a weird shaped lot 60 x 30. Lucky I have the Add Any Lot size mod.
I also added my amended versions of Stones Throw Greenhouse (needed a new lot near the fish farm), Al Fresco Market (another new lot), Fairy lot by @jillbg (added another new lot for the fairy place) and my Supernatural Park that has the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Caravan, Vault of Antiquity, Fay Ray Arboretum and a Fountain of Youth plus a toilet block that I built.
I didn't add a roller coaster lot as I don't think my sims need one at the moment and there are two empty 64x64 lots (except the game placed the weather stone on one of them ).
I also added my Sim's house they were living in in Alpine County. The bonus is that in Riverview it actually shows me the house as a 5 level flat roofed house as I changed it instead of showing it as a single level house that it was originally.
Then, just in case I need to break up my household (of 17 sims inclulding 2 dogs and a cat) I placed the Brownstone Beauty building from the bin next door to the main house. It is base game and has 4 bedrooms. I find it is great for large families and is about 71,000 somoleans plus the cost of the lot. My Sims have plenty of cash.
Then I added my sims to their house I moved from Alpine County and the game is currently running extremely smoothly. We are still on day 1 though.
But I did increase my graphic options so everything is on medium. It feels like I could put some, at least, on high but don't want to push my luck.
Currently in my game, I have 4 playpens with 2 toddlers in each. They are rotating through them so they all become friends with each other and thereby are able to maximise their charisma skill by playing with the mirror.
I had them split between 2 households and the household I was playing had them all at the point where they couldn't increase their charisma any more due to a need for more friends. By putting the other 3 toddlers into their household with them and allowing them to make friends with them I have them increasing their charisma skill again by playing with the mirror in the playpen. And the three clones who were living in a household I didn't control were not increasing their charisma skill at all.
Hopefully Riverview will continue to work for them.
I used Master Controller to add the opportunities I lost by making them move so Gene is still chasing his pink diamond. I was surprised to see it remembered he'd already completed the first two opportunities in this string of opportunities - so he might have got the pink diamond opportunity again without my intervention. I also gave Valmae her opportunity to deliver 2 crocodiles. She hadn't completed it yet and she'd been to Egypt and caught about 20 crocodiles to complete that opportunity. She's done it now.
Haven't played much in the last few days. But this is what I have done so far:
Lillian went on her last trip to China. The Adventure Board was still quite broken, plus she wanted to go home, so I instead decided that this is our last trip here and took some pretty place pictures.
this has also happened while I've been there. Zombie night has started and it was quite scary outside Lillian's tent. On the upside a few hours in the zombies decided to ignore me and read a book instead
After that I've come back home, focused on her career some more and when she hit rock star level 10 I decided that it is time for children. As I got a message that my wolf boyfriend won't live for long I decided to sleep with him first. Right after the woohoo, he leaves my plot and... Dies. Well at least two wonderful baby girls of his outlive him:
one inherited lycantropy, the other did not. Time for the second woohoo, this time with my witch lover. Happened on the full moon, so I hope the children won't be affected by zombie-virus
That resulted in another pair of twins. None inherited being a witch from what I can see. But raising 4 kids on her own? Buy next few weeks are going to be intense in my sim world:

Random Question for those who have seasons: Does anyone else experience blurryiness around objects and scenery when its really hot outside(in-game)
I have a gaming laptop, so it shouldn't be the issue.But Like its 91 degrees in my sim's town and like there's this blur around the objects.
Anyways, despite being hot, my sims are outside at the local fair.
@king_of_simcity7 Brilliant! I love them. I THINK I did see an Apartment Life mod somewhere on MTS so I might give creating those houses a go at some point and see what the mod is like. Apparently it uses the University dorm system but a next door neighbour system sort of.

I was also wondering if anyone has Lucky Palms Gold Edition... do all the casino tables come with it? The roulette as well? It doesn't say on the items list so I don't know.
@LBell , the greenhouse is a store venue/set. (If you decide to get it, keep in mind that the glass roof parts are actually just decorations and not a real roof: rain and snow will fall through them and plants will still turn dormant in cold weather unless you build a regular flat roof under them. I found this out the hard way!)

Storybrook County,Maine-Late Fall-1551.
Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up early on that late fall morning and ready for the day quickly.
They both started painting after chores were done as it started pouring rain outside.
They managed to finish their paintings and sold them.
They started writing stories on their computers after taking washroom breaks and eating lunch.
It was almost 8PM when they got the extension built and got ready for bed.
@PalmArrow Oh I see! That seems really silly because EA make it sound like its an 'actual' greenhouse. I usually just use glass windows/flat roofs anyway for conservatories so maybe i'll try that with greenhouses. Thanks for letting me know, I will hunt him down and add him to my game!
Found Don! He hasn't been in my game more than 5 mins and he has already made his moves on LBell! What will Jackson think.

Rolli is happily married with Dora & both have earned the Eternally Faithful & those two kids are just pretty average sims
supernatural toddlers is a future project, very future as it seems since i have already now three interesting stories to play next & i still didn't end Rolli the Nectar Maker
in my game still not quite Egypt, it takes longer than expected
it's still deep winter in Sunset Valley
the life goes on at the Brabants, toddlers need full attention immediately
Rolli is a very good father, i must say
he goes out & changes autonomously the clothing of the toddlers to outerware when they for some reason sit in the snow in their everyday,
he has also put autonomously one of the todds into that walking thing, those autonomous actions surprised me a lot
both kids are meantime potty trained & can walk
now a little more about the two boys, Vinni & Bertrand
the imaginary friend, which i renamed to Beppo now, is teleporting a lot
he talked to Bertrand how he is excited about being part of the household, the family, being a regular sim
& there Bertrand (i) remembered the opportunity which's first step is to find a rainbow gem
so i've immediately sent Bertrand to search for one, fortunately the parents have a gem finder but still, we searched for two days now, found all available gems, even a rare luminorious one but no luck with a rainbow gem
i decided to look for it when they are in Egypt, it will be easier since the ground is at least not covered in snow & the air not filled with confusing snowflakes
while Bertrand was searching for the rainbow gem was Vinni on his own hunt, he tried to talk to Darlen Bunch, first they were both at school but she went home, so he went there but then she decided to visit the main plaza, so Vinni followed, as he arrived was she already again heading home, Vinni followed, but she decided to visit the bookstore & then he finally was able to talk to her, phew
& since he was already there so i've sent him to buy all the kids books available, now the todds have fun reading one book after another
& Dora, "Kids are fine & all but ... when are we going to visit Egypt finally, i want to go to Egypt !"
it's not that she doesn't care for the children, she even rolled a wish to become pregnant with Rolli again, it's her first kids related wish at all
she just wants to go to Egypt first
that complaint made Rolli (me) care for the needed steps to add the genie to the household, since the genie taking care of the todds while the rest four visit Egypt was the original plan
so, first the freezer, then the oven & as the last step the catacombs, Rolli was thrillingly scared but he worked his way through
after a shower at least he looked normal again & proceeded with the last spell

today, now really, Egypt & the search for the rainbow gem

I've started a new game in Redwood Harbor and after a busy day getting settled, my sim headed off to bed. In the early hours of the morning, an elderly alien turned up.
After checking out the garbage bin and the postbox, the alien ran down to the beach and left ... in a speedboat.
I moved my game to Riverview and placed my Sims house on a slightly larger lot. I couldn't resist trying to extend the basement out to take advantage of the extra space. I had mixed results and suspect it is bugged. I did finally manage to pull walls out to the edge of the lot but only the bottom basement had a floor. I tried using columns but they didn't allow floor tiles to go on top of them.
I did get more space down on the bottom and asquare all around each basement level. This took yup most of my sim time today. The
I got the toddlers to make friends with most of the others. There are 8 of them now. Baby Jake aged up and he has Annabel's red hair. No pictures yet though.
I have downloaded all the Mods for the sims 4, university etc!
However when my young adult goes to university, - and the lecture day comes up, nothing happens?
is there something else i need to do?
she wont watch a lecture, or even do the presentation ...
What do i need to do to solve this?
Also my sims wont play instruments apart from the piano?
when iclick on the guitar or violin my sim stands there and opens her arms then closes again?
I have downloaded all the Mods for the sims 4, university etc!

The household went to the Summer Festival and had a water balloon fight.
Jackson and LBell got acquainted with the juice keg.
Wesker was chased down by a police officer because he was caught during a heist as he is in the criminal career.
Jackson spent time practicing guitar.

Started a new save file, my other file was "how I'd like to live lol" this file is my actual simself lifestyle.
Our new house, small but humble.Some odd reason yesterday it was yellow, today it its blue.lol
First night in town and we got hit pretty hard with a storm, but after awhile it cleared up.

After checking out the garbage bin and the postbox, the alien ran down to the beach and left ... in a speedboat.
I moved my game to Riverview and placed my Sims house on a slightly larger lot. I couldn't resist trying to extend the basement out to take advantage of the extra space. I had mixed results and suspect it is bugged. I did finally manage to pull walls out to the edge of the lot but only the bottom basement had a floor. I tried using columns but they didn't allow floor tiles to go on top of them.
I did get more space down on the bottom and asquare all around each basement level. This took yup most of my sim time today. The
I got the toddlers to make friends with most of the others. There are 8 of them now. Baby Jake aged up and he has Annabel's red hair. No pictures yet though.

I have downloaded all the Mods for the sims 4, university etc!
However when my young adult goes to university, - and the lecture day comes up, nothing happens?
is there something else i need to do?
she wont watch a lecture, or even do the presentation ...
What do i need to do to solve this?
Also my sims wont play instruments apart from the piano?
when iclick on the guitar or violin my sim stands there and opens her arms then closes again?
