I do have some questions for you. Firstly, did you want the apartment built inside one of the pre made highrise shells to match the rest of Bridgeport or do you want it built from scratch?
Do you want NPC doors added to the build so you have neighbors?
Also if you have any pics to use as references as to what style you like for interiors, and exteriors if Building from scratch, that would help me greatly

I have been playing around with the build and I think I have a floor plan worked out. It has been difficult to get in 7 bedrooms lol.
A few more questions, I noticed you had some worlds, are they the gold edition or standard? Just trying to see what content you have in your game.
Also apart from the rooms that you stated in your request was there any other rooms you wanted in it. I am not sure if I can put to much in but maybe a study or something.
Do you want any skill objects in there such as a chess set, easel or anything like that?
They way I have it laid out at the moment I have a HUGE room/area at the bottom of the build I could make it into a indoor pool and gym, make it look like its a community room for all the tenants. Or it could be more parking or anything you want really.

Uhh, I've got Aurora Skies which is gold, and Sunlit /tides is just standard if I remember right...
Ahh a study would be great! I knew there was something I'd forgotten... And a pool in that spare room would be great too!

Quick question, when you say small garden do you mean a vegetable garden? I made one in the back corner of the lot. Tried to make it look as Modern as you can make a vegi garden look
If you don't want one I can remove it.

Pay no attention to some random items just sitting around lol, how do you like the colors of the rooms? The dark wall in the living room, what do you think about that? I know you said you don't like dark colors but its to make the kitchen flow into the next area a bit better. Also you said open kitchen, dining, living areas. They are open kind of, that wall just separates the areas or I could take it out sompletley.
Like I said before please don't be afraid to tell me to change anything
I have some lights over the dining room but the ceiling is open above it, I used the Chandelier Chain with them so they don't look like they are just floating there. if you don't have the venue I can either remove the lights or have them just floating in mid air.
Let me know what you want to do.
