I'm hoping the Quarter Teaser is announced on Christmas Day or the Tuesday right after Christmas, as a huge gift to the community to see what's to come for January-March. As everyone has already said it's pretty obvious that the Laundry stuff pack will be a January release. I'm really hoping for a Finding Love GP for February or early March. Although, I really wish they would release a Witches & Wizards GP early 2018.
That would be a fun Christmas gift! But the quarterly teaser has never come out before the quarter, so I would bank in early in January instead. I really hope there’s something in it I can get excited about! I’m ready to be excited about this game again
Seasons is really a family pack when you think of it. It usually comes with activities like making snowmen/snow angels together,build snowmen together and other stuff like snowball fights,water fights,skating etc so that stuff would fit with Seasons if they don't do a Generations Pack. A Seasons Expansion would have room enough for that stuff plus the regular seasons activities and interactions.
I think of seasons like a family pack too. I much prefer activities that all Sims can participate in regardless of their age together. I feel like emotions come off as predictable and boring with single only activities. I much rather have activities for the whole family to do together whether they have children or pets or both. It gets boring fast playing hermit households. The game is called the Sims not the Sim so packs should reflect that. I think any pack in which multiple Sims can do activities together in is much needed for the Sims 4. So I welcome packs that make the Sims feel like the Sims and life simulator game and less like the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood role playing game that is full of stereotypes. Anyways I don't think seasons will come with the next teaser. I think it will be a GP and SP next. I'm hoping for a farm pack in which Sims can do activities together in and that brings some more heart into the game again. I would be happy to see a school GP too that focuses beyond just YA life stage as well. Parenthood did feel like a generations pack, so I was pretty happy with that pack since it offered activities for all the ages in it and brought a whole new depth to the game.

Why do people think that Parenthood generalize everything about family and generation? No the Parenthood Pack was just that Parenting. A Generation means everyone included in family not just certain stages.
I'm hoping for a 2017 repeat year and hope the next GP is a vacation pack

I don’t think so. They already have parenthood and Cats and Dogs. And some simmers are angry because “too much family play!”
They might release another supernatural GP but it could anyone’s guess.
There is still a lot of family stuff missing but I suppose it could be added to Seasons.

Lots of playground equipment like swings,seesaws and other things.
Interactions like Gift Giving,Pillow Fighting and other stuff missing.
Photobooths and Greeting Card Pictures.
I want all this stuff back
Why do you insist on lumping stuff into a pack that doesn't belong? That would mean getting rid of stuff for the pack to have room for your stuff that doesn't belong.
I don't read CLP's post as wanting all that in the same pack -- it could be scattered throughout multiple packs, or even patches as well. Since we got the ability to play catch with dogs in C&D, maybe there'll be a way to adapt that to play catch together, just for an example. Gift giving could return in Seasons if there's a holiday like Snowflake Day, though I'd prefer to be able to give gifts any time of year, and add in some more crafting options (like the canning and nectar making suggested in the runup to Laundry Day). Photobooths could be added with a beach vacation pack; they're all over the place on the Boardwalk at Santa Cruz. Would be cool to be able to choose a backdrop for the photobooth photos, plus a random choice of failures like a big black spoltch blocking the Sims.
My personal wish list would be an arcade lot designation that would also work as a casino if you have casino items on it (slot machines, table games, etc.). Or maybe the other way around -- if you have arcade type games (foosball, darts, pinball and standup video games, etc.) in your casino, kids and teens would be attracted to play those while the young adults gamble.

Seasons is NOT a family pack. Yes, there may be interactions that families can do, like a snowball fight, but that is not limited to families and doesn't add to family relationships, and you can have a snowball fight with total strangers who happen to be nearby.
They won't be doing a Generations pack because that was what the Parenting pack was all about. They aren't going to repeat the same pack twice.
That's why I want all that other stuff included in another pack. The Generations Stuff should have been in Parenthood.

My guess though is probably the second week of January.

My fingers are crossed it is but it might not be and the Second GP might be tropical. It hasn't been officially confirmed as being next. I want to think it is the first GP of 18 but it may not be. If not I think a Themepark GP should be first then we can put a theme park in the tropical destination.
