Dear Kgaff .

I was so thrilled when I saw that you were my buddy. Your letter made me sizzle with ideas, you had left me so much room for creativity and I barely knew where to start. So I am gonna start at one end and end at the other I think!
I just wanted the first post here to say how glad I am to have you as my buddy and how much I hope you'll enjoy the gifts.
And now, on to the gifties!

First I would like you to meet Allison Sheffield and Lorenzo DeSilva.
They are awesome young people, who I think you'll enjoy keeping company.
I've made several versions of them for you, so you can cherrypick depending on how you want to play your stories .

This version is the Roomies version.

First, there's Allison.



Allison is great girl, the perfect "girl next door" type. She loves animals and the outdoors, where she usually is found in the garden, growing all sorts of stuff for the amazing meals she dishes out. She dreams of having the perfect garden, where she can grow food for her man and all the lovely children they are gonna have. Allison is a catch for any man who wishes to settle down and raise a family, in a loving home!

And then there's Lorenzo.



Lorenzo is a good guy. He loves animals, is very artistic and a real family man. He's happy to be outdoors or tinkering away with home repairs. Lorenzo is a perfect mate for the woman looking to settling down and raising a family!

Their History:

Lorenzo DeSilva and Allison Sheffield. They met at the Farmers Market over the vegetables and instantly took a liking to each other. Sharing many interests, many good laughs and many hours together, they decided that sharing a house would be cheaper and more fun. It's always nice to have a friend close by. Where this will take their futures is up to you. Will they be BFFs forever - or more? YOU decide!

I figured you would like to have these two live in a house and considering their skills and LTWs, I thought that Appaloosa Plains would be a nice place for them to start off. Especially since you have that in your list of Worlds you like to play. And you are right, many of the EA houses could use a little pick me up, so why not fix up one of the existing starter homes and make it fit these two Sims?

A hammer, some nails, a saw, some wood and many cursewords later, I was done giving their first home a makeover. You'll notice that I didn't change the outside much, only a bit of the fence so make a small garden. All the fun changes are on the inside!
So I'd like to give you the new and improved SUNFLOWER SHACK! .
Ingame it is located at 1936 Beach Bouleward, Appaloosa Plains.
The cost, in my game, fully furnished snuck up tp 15701 $, so even if you wanna use it for just a single sim finding a roomie later on, it is very cute and very affordable . There's a few skillbooks in the bookshelf to start you off with.
It also has a little garden fenced in, with basic stuff in it: Potato, Tomato, Lettuce, Watermelon, Apple, Lime, Bell Pepper and Grapes. And I even managed to sneak in a washer and a clothesline *is proud*.

All appliances are upgraded to Unbreakable, apart from the TV, which has Boost Channels.
The house is also Custard Checked and CC FREE!


I can tell you that I sent it to AD, cause my game was being a 🐸🐸🐸🐸 and didn't wanna place the house in a rebooted world. She raised an eyebrow, pondering how I had managed to get TWO bedrooms fitted into this tiny house. And I think she giggled when she saw how I had worked that one . I had a blast with it and really like the result, so I hope you will too.

Now, since you mentioned also liking to play in Hidden Springs, I decided to fiddle around with one of the starter homes from there. I have to admit that I gave it quite a bit more of a make over, mostly because I could and inspiration told me to.
The house that I made over for you from Hidden Springs is, 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Hideaway, located at 19 Willow Lane.
If you wanted to start Allison and Lorenze up in Hidden Springs instead, it is very doable, as this house comes in juuuust below 20000$. If you wanted to move another family inthere, that is also very doable. It all comes down to what you prefer - and possibly what this week is gonna bring .

So about this makeover...
I redid the exterior of the house, to make it fit better with what was in my mind. The inside of it was almost completely rebuilt (several times before I was satisfied!) and I've tried giving it a nice, natural flow.
I decided to rename it, from 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Hideaway, to 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Haven, because I don't believe it should be hidden away with the new looks it has gotten.
It has a master bedroom with lovely balcony, extra bedroom (for teen, child or nursery or even a roomie!) upstairs. Downstairs bathroom, livingroom and american style kitchen. Perfect for a small family with a cat/dog (litterbox upstairs if cat). All appliances have been upgraded to unbreakable. There's no extra skillbooks or fenced in garden, but the ground has plenty of room to make a garden - I wanted the price to stay at starter home level, so I couldn't afford books or fences, sadly. But I still think it turned out nicely and I hope you'll like it too. It is Custard checked and CC FREE, of course.

Here's another gift for you. I know this is not really something you had on your wishlist and I know that it does have some very dark elements. But I want to give it to you anyway, because I think you'll like how the dark and the light elements fit together. So let me present you with your new home, the Grayson House!

Grayson House needs people. People to laugh, learn and breathe in it. So since I have actually presented your presents a little bit backwards, I'm now going to introduce you to the twins, Trevor and Emily Grayson, whom I named the house for (obviously, with the intent for them to live in it ).

First, Miss Emily Grayson.
At first glance, Emily looks like a real sweetheart Supermodel type. She's tall, cute, with the face of an angel. But don't let that fool you. Young Emily is no Princess and doesn't wish to be treated as such. She's a brave, charasmatic young woman, who loves cars and motorcyckles! Fiddling with them is her favorite pasttime, she has her hands on straight. Her perceptiveness makes her perfect for what she dreams of becoming: An International Super Spy!

In short: Trevor really is a dream come true!

Yeah, my PSP has decided to silly about with me, so I had some issues with the covershot for a few days. Today it is semi-friendly to work with, finally! I'll be sneaking in a few gifts a day, so @Kgaff has a lot of fun little surprises here and there. Maybe it's easier for you to keep track of if I just poke the Gifting thread and say "Heeeey, more gifts up!"

Glad to have saved you some work, sweetie . It is a really cute house, even after I made the horsefence smaller and made a little gardenfence with it. I do like the look of the outside, so I didn't wanna change that. It was the inside that was... hmm... a bit more colorful than I am comfortable with *chuckle*.

I, uhm... may have to add another few spots, because reasons .
