The layout of Clara is very nice! It is great that you started with the futniture first this time. Very nice outdoors areas! Sims will have fun playing basketball in the front garden area. Very nice backyard areas! Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice outdoors bbq dining area. It is a nice nook area for sims to enjoy eating a bbq meal there, and looking at the birds feeding on the seed. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The design of the natural lilypad pond/pool looks very great! Nice folly and gardening nook. Sims will enjoy growing plants there, and the flowers in the folly and the floral sculpture looks very pretty! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The new items that came with the pack look very nice in the rooms, The floral floor rug is a nice touch in the living room. The special cats nooks areas in the home and the no dog mat look great!
It is a very nice home for sims that have pets!

A new build Little House by the Beach, it's a starter home.




I made it with my sim there in mind I'd move the cat stuff for a computer instead with a different household.

Little House by the Besch is a very nice starter home! The angled roofing looks great! Very nice texture of the exterior walls. The white blossom trees look very pretty! Nice seat bench sitting nook on the front porch. Sims will enjoy resting there in the outside air. The birdbath is a nice touch there. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The type and placement of the windows are very nice, with sims enjoying the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst cooking, dining or when waking in the mornings. The patterned bed is very nice. Very nice blue sofa seat sitting nook for sims to enjoy reading books or watching tv,
The home is very nice!

A new build...okay I understand that the word may have been lost because of over use as I've seen places that are boathouses because they are by the dock or by the beach and then literally wooden housing over the docks where boats are stored.

That being said the end name is Ava Boathouse...

Very nice exterior design of Ava Boathouse! The blue colour of the exterior looks nice, and the large glass windows are very nice for sims to look out through to see the outdoors views. The greenery on the upper ledges looks very nice. Very nice outdoors dining and living areas on the deck! Sims will enjoy eating cooked bbq meals at the umbrella covered in the sea air, or enjoying resting on the armchairs chatting. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is very nice light filled home. The patterned floor rug is a nice touch under the master bed. The aquarium is a nice touch in the home. Nice windows chess nook for sims to enjoy playing chess in the sunshine. Very nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofas watching tv, reading books or sitting at the desk table using the computer. The pet themed items look great in the home.
It is a very nice Boathouse build!

A new restaurant, I did play test it and aside from a cat getting in the way the first time seems fine, this is Rosie's Shrimp and More because I've added more than just seafood to the menu.

Rosie's Shrimp and More is a very nice restaurant ! The slanted roofing looks very effective! The blue colour of the exterior and the type of wall texture looks very nice and the string lighting on the wall looks very pretty! Very nice entrance area! Nice sofa sitting nook for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sea air. The circular floor rugs are a nice touch, and the bamboo plants add a nice look to the entryway. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the venue! It looks very nice how the dining tables and chairs have been set up there for sims to enjoy ordering and eating meals . The aquarium is a nice touch in the dining room.
Sims will enjoy eating seafood and other types of food at the restaurant !

Okay I've been really into building lately...this is Asara I think I called it, it's a starter for a small family.

Asara is a very nice starter! The brown open shutter windows are a nice touch in the build and the lavender is pretty on the front edges, Very nice layout of the interior. The flowers are pretty touches on the bedside tables for sims to see when laying in bed, and it is nice that there is a full length mirror in the corner nook.
Sims will enjoy starting their sims lives there

Torami is a very nice starter! The shape of the home is very nice and the open shutter windows are nice touches in the build.The layout of the interior looks very nice! The wall decor looks nice on the bedhead wall placed between the windows. The toy animal is cute in the kids room! Nice corner nook area for sims to enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching tv. It is nice that there is a study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting there using the computer.

The curved roofing on Ramea looks great! It is nice that it is a two storey home and the kids bedroom is on the upper level. The circles wall pattern gives a great look to the room! The teddy is cute! The kids will enjoy playing with the dollhouse.The brown colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice. Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating food at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. The terrain paint looks great there.
It is a very nice home!

Your two new builds are very nice!
There are many enjoyable activities for sims to enjoy doing at Bowmans Activity Center! It is great that there are slippery water slides for sim to enjoy using outdoors. The patterned windows give a very nice look to the build. Very nice interior of the venue. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pools or relaxing in the hot tub. It is nice that is a smaller sized kids pool, for kids to have fun swimming in, and the turtles are a nice touch on the base of it. Very nice gaming room, for sims to have fun playijhbfoosbsll or the arcade machine games. It is nice that there is an area where sims can enjoy sitting at tables, having a drink from the bar. Sims will enjoy spending a restful time in the sauna.
The tuder style exterior of Rya is pretty! The stained glass windows look nice in the build. Very nice layout of the interior. It is a very nice starter home

My new build I couldn't really think of what to call it but like my old build Fairy Pond I think I called it it's got a simple name, Fairy Home.

Fairy Home is very pretty! Very nice exterior design of the home! The floral greenery on the exterior walls and the flowers along the roof look very nice! The cherry blossom trees look very pretty in the outdoors areas! It is great that the large water fountain and the wishing well are in the build. The fairy statue is a nice touch near the wishing well. The type of windows used in the home look very nice. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The green colour of the walls in the upper level, looks very nice and suits well a fairy home. The animal floor rug and the bunny in the kids room are cute! It is nice that there is a corner study desk nook and an art nook in the upper landing area. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel or using the computer at the desk table. It is nice that the master bedroom is on the ground floor level. The patterned floor rug in the living room is a very colourfully nice touch!
It is a very nice home !
