A new simple build Ara, wasn't sure what I wanted to do.

The exterior design of Ara is very nice! The slanted roofing looks great! The combination of the stone and other exterior wall texture looks very nice. Sims will enjoy watching the birds feeding on the seed feeder. It is nice that there is a fenced backyard area for Sims to enjoy growing plants in the planter boxes. Very nice layout of the interior. The Laundry Day Stuff Pack items look very nice how you have used them in the rooms! Very nice laundry room! It is great that you have stacked the dryer and washer together. The iron press and towels look great on the window. The blue and white chequered wall pattern in the kitchen looks very nice.
It is a very nice home

So here is a new build it's called Mostly White and I made it because I saw some youtubers making mostly solid color builds and on one of them someone suggested white so here it is.

The white colour scheme of Mostly White looks very nice! It gives a great look to the build! It looks very nice the type of windows used in the build, and the wall texture looks nice. Very nice trellis covered front entrance to the home, and the flowers are pretty on the front edges of the home. The water fountain features look great! The white blossom trees are very pretty for sims to see as they do their laundry work in the backyard, It is great that there is a laundry section in the home ! Very nice layout and white themed furnishing of the interior! The white cat in the kids bedroom is cute! The circles floor prints are a nice touch on the kids bedroom flooring.
It is very nice that you designed a home based on a single colour

@rosemow thanks sug' it was certainly fun to do, I never really thought about how many white items we had till I had to group a whole bunch of them together as a theme.

The next I was thinking of doing another solid color but instead I got this and it's called With ROY in mind, see red orange and yellow were the main colors I wanted to use at first. Though I ended up using a lot of brown and it turned into this I don't know I at least made it for a family that fits the colors

The design of your new home looks very nice and suits Oasis Springs very well! Very nice roof covered upper balcony patio! The red, orange, yellow and brown colour scheme of the home looks very nice! The flowers either sides of the start of the pathway are nice touches there. It looks very nice the types of windows used and how they have been placed. The fenced back patio outdoors dining area is great! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the air there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is great that there is a laundry room with stacked washer and dryer. Very nice kitchen and eat in dining room. The floor texture and the floor rug on it complements well with the style of the home. It is nice that there is a bar counter and chess table area in the upper level landing area. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar and have fun playing chess there.
The home is very nice, with a great colour scheme both the exterior and interior

The design of Tiny Town of GBIV looks very great! The town has been very creatively designed! It looks great that each home has a different colour scheme, and the initials make the town called GBIV! The interior layout, furnishings and the colour of each of the homes looks very nice! It is nice that there is a community lilypads pool . The fenced backyard gardening nook is a nice touch on one of the homes. It is a very nice and creative idea for a town build! It looks very great !

This is Ororia, really been in a building mood lately, my sims were just moving in.




I almost added more color up here but this looked better, the little girls room was in purple and the master was in red.

Oralia is a very pretty Tudor style home! The dormers and open shutter windows look great , and the upper level garden patio is very nice! The flowers and statue in the front garden are very nice for sims to see as they come to the home. Very nice fenced backyard area! The corner lilypads pool is very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool and enjoy eating barbecued food at the umvbrella covered picnic table. The lavender is pretty on the edges of the fenced corner. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The brown colour scheme looks very nice.
It is a very nice home

This is Malego my V-day build, I left it plain enough so the colors could be changed easily also I tested it so I know that weddings are fine here, however it is on a larger lot so I would say start the party first and get things going so guests have enough time to walk up the hill. Doesn't take too long on speed three but then the sims will be distracted while you wait.

Malego is a very special Valentines themed build! The design of it as a winged red heart with an arrow through it looks so very creatively great! The diferent areas of the build look very nice! It is very nice that there is a dance area under the red heart, where sims can enjoy dancing to the dj booth music on the dance floor. Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine on the pretty pink seats at the bubbles machine tables using those items. They have fun karaokeing or playing foosball. Very nice wedding area! It looks nice the way the white seating is placed there for wedding guests to enjoy sitting there watching the wedding taking place. They will enjoy hearing the musical instruments being played whilst the wedding is taking place. The fenced flowers section is very pretty ! Very nice undercover bar area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar. The drinks shelves are a nice touch on the wall. Very nice design of the reception dining tables and chairs section! The red and white floor pattern under the tables and chairs looks very nice!
It is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting for Valentine’s Day

Of Sweets and Flowers is a very nice Valentines home! It looks great that it is a chocolate box with a garden above it! Sims will enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes and planters there. The overhead lattice flowers, flower wheelbarrow , and floral water fountain sculpture looks pretty! Very nice layout of the interior of the chocolate box home! The brown colour scheme looks nice. The heart and paw print floor rugs add a special look to the master bedroom, and the teddy is cute in the kids bedroom! The plants behind the reading sofa and herbs on the wall are nice touches.
The home is very nice!

My new build a bakery, it is supposed to be a cupcake, Pancake's Sweets.

The design of Pancake’s Sweets as a cupcake looks very nice! Very nice and creative roofing! The water fountain and white blossom trees are nice and pretty touches in the outdoorx areas. It is nice that is an outdoors dining area for Sims to enjoy eating the food that they have bought at the Bakery. Very nice funishing of the interior of the Bakery!, The pink colour of the furnishings looks very nice. Sims will enjoy buying items from the glass display cases and eating the food at the table. Very nice armchairs sitting area for sims to relax and chat there, read a book, and eat food they have bought., The birds pictures are a nice touch on the wall.
It is a very nice bakery!

I was in the mood to redo one of my first builds and thanks to photobucket you probably can't see the old pics so I took some new ones of the original build which was just Agave Abode..which I think is the lot name.
