@bekkasan -- It used to be tradition for my family on my mom's side to go every July 4th.
But as the years went by, and everyone got older, etc., it fell by the way side. I still try to go once a year though with just my mom and sister.
I do! It's interesting to have child Sims with different ages and different heights. I could go back into my Penelope game, and take pics of Jason Michael with one or two of his friends (most of the other children in town are older, and thus, taller, than him).
Of course, with the Age mod, if your adult Sim starts to gray and has a baby, the child could end up with gray hair partially. (Or if you use the Consort hair color mod, which I have as well). But that's easy to fix later!
@PalmArrow -- Well, maybe he would get better tips showing his legs! But I think he looks a bit more professional now!

I wish I could build up athleticism that quickly. I'm on my exercise bike for only five minutes before I'm gasping for air. I'd love the option to "Not Break A Sweat" while still getting that body I desire.
Dont' forget, sims also have the power of CAS where the weight and muscle bars can be adjusted to give them the perfect body if they don't feel like exercising after eating junk food.
I don't pay attention to other sims' names unless they're involved with members of the family.
At least sims do their homework in Sims 3. So I guess I can't complain, but I know I was never that diligent in school and always left my homework till the very last minute.
Lucy probably would hit you with a chair! She seems like the type.

I'm really liking Lucy or Torrance, but I'm also waiting to see if she meets anyone else too since she is my heiress and finding the right spouse is important.

@meerkattime I hope Killian doesn't break her heart either. I am a little worried about Maggie though since she does have the Flirty trait, but when I was checking her and her family out, she doesn't have any other romantic interests.

My Woode family that I'm doing a settlers challenge on had a fire in their home they couldn't put out so half their stuff was burnt and then I rolled for an earthquake the next day so half their house had to be destroyed. I really felt bad for them, but they decided they'd woohoo it off and go to sleep. Very reasonable I think considering it was just after they started fighting. I'm not sure why but they have no problem woohooing when they hate each other, maybe it's because they're married?

***So hubby and I went to the big city this weekend (why I haven't been on the forum until now ) to see the Specialist Doctor and I'm very happy to report that the doctor is having hubby try a new medication that I've been wanting to him to get on for MONTHS because so many people with his condition swear by it, but was told it's no longer available in the US anymore...
Turns out there are only a certain number of compounding pharmacies that make it and sure enough...the University Pharmacy here DOES! I also found it no coincidence that the doctor mentioned the medicine JUST as I was going to ask him about it... I literally cheered in my seat when he did and he kind of gave me a funny look, but I explained.
I hope this is the answer to prayer we've been looking for and that this medicine will help give him some much needed relief from all this bone pain he's been having due to his mast cell (autoimmune) disorder.
Let me just conclude by saying: There can be miracles, when you believe. ***

Audrey was at the Occult Consignment store when a gentleman walked in with his golden ghost toddler... Audrey was quite saddened at the sight of a girl who had died at such a young age...
After she'd purchased her goods, she walked over to make sure the girl wasn't unhappy
When she made it back home, she set out to make preparations for the Count's inevitable return...
Her first attempt didn't work out so well, but she got the potion right the next time!
I went to get a shot of Tigger and noticed that the ceiling had a glitch in it...
So I quickly fixed it and took another photo
As expected, the Count made another appearance! Having the Paparazzi around is one thing, but no one wants a powerful vampire lurking about! Time to execute the plan!
Success! The Count is now just a normal human being and is no longer a threat!
OH! I almost forgot!! While Audrey was out looking for the ingredients for her Potent Cure potion, a woman ran up to her, cast a love spell on her, and ran off. Audrey, being a witch herself, sensed what the spell was and rushed home to make sure that her wife was the first person to whom she spoke! A close call! That could have ended in a disaster!

I'm gonna take some time tonight to get caught back up. I was simming last night when I hit a snag, and found out that my laptop was basically out of space for anything--took a couple of hours last night and today to clear it up quite a bit (from ~900 mb of free space to 136 gb free!).
I'll update soon, but it's mostly pictures of sims that I don't think I'll be playing too much. Just grabbed a few pics to show off the sorts of sims in my town, lol. Still trying to free up more space, might as well do it while I'm on a roll.
