The Tale of the Golden Tickets

A very, very, very special friend discovered an awesome playground here:

She had such a great time playing there, but, unfortunately, lost some golden tickets to a toy factory from her pockets during her time there. So we all went to help her find them. That's Emma (Leep) in front with me (Ciane)in the middle and BlueBelle or BlueGayle behind, all of us on our way into JarkaD's awesome playground, which was altered minimally (as I only have the base game on my laptop along with stuff packs and store stuff). ((Selfsims were borrowed from studios and aged down, and details have been altered somewhat for storytelling purposes.))

Sunny Belle was one of the first to arrive. She was worried about her dear friend losing such expensive tickets and wanted to help her find them - not for herself, as she already had a golden ticket, but for a friend.

Emma arrived shortly after Sunny. (Do you like the pigtails look on Emma?)

While Sunny worried for her friend, Emma thought about a new Goth world and the golden ticket that she might find.

Emma searched high and low.

She got a little wet by the pools and fountains.

But, she was rewarded when she found the first golden ticket in a pool of water.

Ciane was very happy for Emma and hoped someone would find the other ticket soon.

BlueGayle looked around too.

Ciane checked in the toy box, but it wasn't there.

Reinforcements showed up.

Klb was glad to know the first ticket was found in a pool.

She helped us search.

And Snow Dove (aka JellyBean Newbie) came too.

Klb told her of Emma finding the first golden ticket in one of the pools.

Snow Dove started searching in the sand while Ciane climbed to the top of a slide.

The view from the top of a slide is always best!

Unfortunately, Ciane didn't find the ticket from up there!

Snow Dove didn't find a ticket in the sand either, but she did have fun sifting through it.

We all had fun at the park.

Not just Emma, but everyone. (I added other spring riders as my laptop doesn't have the EP ones.)

Sunny always has such a great time and was relieved to know that at least one ticket had been found.

While swinging high on the swings...

Blue Gayle noticed the bushes had a bit of yellow in them.

Quite a bit of yellow, in fact!

So, after finding the last of the missing golden tickets in the bushes, Emma suggested we all go to the toy shop to browse.

Our very special, wonderful friend was so glad to know the tickets were found, and that we all had fun looking for them, that she made sure everyone of us had golden tickets to get into the toy shop. So off we set on another adventure.

We had to check out the carousel first.

Snow Dove had such a great time.

So did Emma.

But, as you can see, everyone had a great time.

There were lots of smiles that day.

And then, we actually went inside. Oh my!

There were toys to play with.

And games to play.

Look at all these buttons.

What happens if you do this?

Oh, look, I made a train,

A drum,

A doll house,

And a jack in the box!

This was the best time ever! Two thumbs up!

Thanks. I enjoyed seeing all the children versions of the self-sims as well as exploring the park and toy shop with them. I hope others enjoy the story too.

Yes! You have got to love Roundy! And JellyBean is so cute! I didn't have her outfit (on my laptop anyway). I hope you didn't mind her new everyday. With white as a favorite color, it was challenging; but then I figured since death by jelly bean makes a purple ghost, that would be a great accent color.
