Not only do townies NOT spawn with alien heads outside of Batuu; if you add a Batuu alien to your household and take them to a residential world with you, they lose their alien CAS features and become a normal human sim. I was a bit disappointed by that.
My socially awkward Sim became a one star celebrity and he got a tense moodlet because he doesn't like being in the centre of attention. I think it's pretty cool. A little bit of cross-pack compatibility.
People who liked the original premades: don't want the new ones. People who didn't care for the original premades: don't care for the new ones either. People who didn't like the original premades: already gave them makeovers themselves. Complete waste of time and resources.
The autonomy in this game often doesn't make sense. I have a sim who hates dancing and almost all genres of music. So what does he do the moment I leave him alone and shift the focus on another sim? That's right, he turns on the radio and starts dancing. *facepalm*
The very first mod I ever downloaded was No Constant Phone mod by lazarusinashes. I used to be very apprehensive about mods. I played vanilla for years. I am the opposite of a computer savvy person and I had an irrational fear that I mess something up and break my game. But then HSY came out and my sims were suddenly glued…

Something I recently learned from The Red Plumbob's video. When you have Seasons, you can build a snowman ("snowpal"), right? But did you know that children can befriend it by talking to it? When they max their friendship bar, they can declare it "ultimate snowpal". When somebody destroys the snowman, the child will then…
Thank you for your suggestions! On an another forum I got an advice to spam toothbrushing, unfortunately that didn't help. But I found a solution at last: my sim got into a fight and lost a tooth this way. That unlocked the tooth milestone! EDIT: In case you're wondering, yes, he was able to put the tooth under the pillow…
My very subjective ranking of The Sims 4 gamepacks. I LOVE IT #1 StrangerVille (10/10) Positives: I love everything about this pack. The world easily makes it to my top 3. I love the aesthetic, the atmosphere, the sounds (the eagle screeching!), the military look, the whole vibe. I like the story. It's a nice change to…
