So to make it less difficult for everyone (having to create possibly 60 sims and houses) I thought we should use the community and turn this into a neighbourhood building challenge. Like a building challenge we each will create our own lots and in the end, we'll have an entire berry town all to ourselves.
Can I just make a family and build them a house on any lot?
I was hoping that we could all make our families first, and sign them up for a lot.

Rhubarb's hair is from PeggyZone, Candi's hair is from sims2design.pl and her formal dress is from Peggy as well, Cherry's hair I found at GoS.

There are a lot of lots to choose from. I don't know which to tell you to do because there are so many. But you can pick which you want, they are categorized by lot size so if you want to do a 30x30 lot, there are several of those, etc.
Regarding CC: Alright, here's the deal. Because I know how hard it is to keep track of all your CC (I have quite a bit myself now) ONLY write where you got it (it has to be free or I won't get it) if you don't mind me changing it from the original version for the actual neighbourhood. The hair will still be available on the exchange so it's not a big deal. That's just a side note. If you got hair from Peggyzone, I have most of the free stuff from there so you should be okay. Hope that clarifies, any questions, feel free to ask.

Commeuneplume- OH! That sucks! I hope you pick your chin up though, I'm sure the redone version will be even better.
Lufferkinz- this project will probably be in the making for w while (at least until December) so if you get your game before then you can still participate. we'd be happy to have you.
Judyworks- I realize the CC might be hard to keep track of. Just read the general note and I promise I'll do my best to track down most of the hair. (I think I ahve most of yours so far though, so I think we're good).
AlyssumCandy- You can pick any lot you want as long as you verify it with Pinkkitty. I think we'll stick with residential lots for now and get going on the community lots maybe end of this week early next week. Thanks for all the families. I might take some time and make a grape family for XOX1.
